Off to Tball. Hopefully the rain will hold off and Jim can mow the lawn when we get back. WHile he is doing that I am going to dust and hoover the livingroom and diningroom and do a general straighten up. Today is Jim's birthday so his mom and dad are coming for dinner as a combo "move-up" celebration birthday dinner. I'm making eggplant parm and chicken parm with spaghetti!

Judy is feeling a little better but we had some major drama with Steph ,who got mad and threw her earphones and broke the screen on Samanthas Laptop!!Needless to say her allowance, phone and freedom are GONE!!!! for a long time !!

I think it supposed to help people find you since there could be 10 people with your name in your town. You can tell people to look you up by your user name.

I have made the sickliest white chocolate dessert ever, it's setting in the fridge but from licking the bowl I can tell it's sweet It's basically white chocolate and cream with a little corn syrup and orange juice on a cookie base. I'm putting fresh raspberries from the garden on top

I watched on Thursday night. Deal isn't too bad..but I have heard better. I have been really hammering Jim. He is still saying no

It's the bullying thread that I had posted about earlier, the "Livid at Teacher" one-someone came on and said that we were all being politically correct and that what's the big deal when kids trip each other and pantz each other, and it's all in good fun, and several of us disagreed (having BEEN pantzed, tripped, etc), and then we were called bullies for disagreeing. It's the magic of the disboards .

I keep checking my dvc site to see if the ressie for HH pops up. It's making me irrationally want to go there WAY worse than when I had originally put us on the waitlist 5 days ago. . I mean, c'mon Disney, it's just 1 night, cantcha squeeze us in???

DH is out with DD8 buying gear for his man cave/new home office. He starts a new job next week that's 50% work from home. He's really excited and happy, I love to see him so energized-his current job is way stressful.

Somebody had asked about cobra, since he's voluntarily leaving we have to shoulder all the cobra costs, from what I understand. You also have 60 days to elect cobra, so we probably will wait and just hope nobody gets sick/injured (you can retroactively get cobra inside the 60 days if you need to). I'm doing some major slogging through self-insured websites to find coverage for contractors, it looks like we'll be fine, just a pain in the butt to do it...

Anybody else watching Wipeout? I feel so bad laughing, those people look like they're getting whammied-but the rest of the family points out that they did sign up for it knowing full well the whammie potential.
