Well I'm finally home. Wait, let me clarify thet..I;'m finally in the house. I left work at 1:30 and was here by 2:00 went to go into the house when I realized I had no house key with me and that Jim and Jimmy were at a birthday party - Doh. Sat in the backyard for a while and then had to go to the bathroom and everyone seems to be out today

I wound up going to Kohl's so I could use their bathroom. While I was there I just had to look around. I got a new pair of shoes for work, a new pair of sneakers, a new handbag, and then I decided it was a good time to redecorate the bathroom. So, I got new shower curtain, etc for the bathroom. I think it was the most expensive bathroom run in history

I wound up going to Kohl's so I could use their bathroom. While I was there I just had to look around. I got a new pair of shoes for work, a new pair of sneakers, a new handbag, and then I decided it was a good time to redecorate the bathroom. So, I got new shower curtain, etc for the bathroom. Hello Focker Friends!

Before I forget, Angela, tell Mooch that's sweet to invite me but I'm fairly certain I'd burst into flames if I sat outside at a race in the summer in FL! It's an evening race, though, correct? Still too dang hot for me but I'll watch for Mooch on the TV!

So, I had a busy day so far but it was rewarding to get so much done. Did all the laundry (never a small task!), paid the bills, brought Gus to drum lessons, made sugar cookies and went to the bookstore with Bob. Whew!

Now we're all doing our "alone things" and it's so peaceful and quiet here! Tomorrow will be a relaxing day since I did all my hard work today. Bob's going to be packing for his trip to Boston on Monday. I think I'll organize the scrapbook room. It's way over-do!

So, how is everyone? Jo, is your butt better? Janet, that story about you having to pee was funny! I thought that stuff only happened to me.

So, I think I'm going to book the WIshes dessert thing for our last night at WDW. I'm just not sure though becasue we have 8:30 am ressies at 'Ohana the next morning and then we head to Universal. I don't want us cranky and tired for US. Our only other MK day the plan is to go early, spend the day, have dinner at Chef Mickey's and then back to Pop for swimming and relaxing. What to do...what to do??????

I would love to do the desert buffet, i would book it! At least its a place to sit down so you won't be on your feet somewhere waiting for it to start.

Hello all!!!

Not too much going on today. I did a bit of shopping. I bought a giant size tote bag for work. I don't wanna wear my oh so sexy "costume" every day so I needed something big enough to carry everything and I found it, for $12.99 on sale! it's a Bongo bag and it's navy blue and has some lime green in it. It's HUGE so everything will fit, including my travel coffee mug!

I made some cookies today and then we made more calzones with the leftover filling from yesterday. Now KC is doing the dishes while I catch up here. Works for me! I am trying to force him into the habit of getting everything done before 11pm so when I am working and getting up in the morning I don't have dishes to put away when i wake up and he's not keeping me up by doing them at 2am. He sleeps for like 4 hours and survives , I can not do that! getting off the vamp schedule should be fun this week.

Tomorrow KC is off but we are relaxing and not doing much. We will probably walk to Cold Stone for my free birthday ice cream! Yum.

Well, carp. I had a whole slew of quotes, but hit something funny and poof, they're gone.

Thanks for all the advice on the dress. Sadly, no Macy's in the area have it in stock, but I may just go ahead and order it - it can be returned to a store if I get it and don't like it.

We ended up on the boat all day. We had checked the weather and it looked Florida-like, with t-storms building up in the afternoon. We decided to run for it, and hope to get at least a few hours. Luckily, the storms didn't come until well after 5:00 and we had a fantastic day. We did have to book it back in, as we started to see lightning on the other end of the lake (it's a 25 mile long lake, so we were safe, but we needed to stay safe...)

D is flying today to Poland. We are just hanging out for now. The boys and I might head back to the club for the tournament finals, but the weather is not great again. If they're playing inside, I have no interest, because it will be harder to keep the kids happy. They'll watch for a bit, then want to go play. Outside, they could hit the playgrounds and stuff, but inside is much harder without us watching them, and that's not why I want to go... I need to call my friend to see what she is thinking - we were going to possibly meet her over there.

The Nascar race is up here today, and our pilot friend flew in this morning. There had been talk of breakfast or lunch with her, but they were kind of late, and D has to leave, and frankly, I won't be surprised if the race gets rained out and she has to skedaddle very quickly.

I'll be around - for the first time in probably at least a month, D will be gone for a couple of nights. Time to myself! Woohoo!

See you soon - D is getting ready to go, and I do have to make some plans.
