Did it show up?

No, when I checked again, it shipped really early yesterday (Wed.) morning, so it will likely get in tomorrow. Wherever they sent it, according to the updates, it took 2 days to get there, so I hope that it will be two days back. ;)
Busy at work again, then I had to leave early becasue Jimmy had a doctor's appointment. He's had a seal bark cough going since the weekend and a massively runny nose. The doctor confirmed my suspicions...he has a sinus infection. She gave him Ziothromax and said he is ok to go to camp tomorrow as long as he is feeling up to it. I think he'd kill us if he tried to keep us home.

I hope he feels better. :hug:

I haven't been there is years! Hope it was yummy!

It wasn't bad. It's not great food, but it's decent, the kids like it, it's relatively cheap, and it's close-by. :thumbsup2 I worked at a Friday's in IL for my senior year of college and 2 years after (in that "I don't know what to do with my life" kind of deal.) So, I kind of have a soft spot. ;)

Hi Focker Friends! :wave2:

I'm still not well. :sad2: It's changing all the time though. One day it's vomit, the next crazy sweating/clammy/freezing fits and the next day stomach cramps and nausea. Fun, fun, fun. :thumbsup2

Poor Bob is STILL stuck down south. He is having the trip from you know where! He was supposed to come home about 11 pm tonight. Don't think so. :confused3

Things are good otherwise. Talking about no food. My poor children are so sick of eating bread and water that I had to drag my sick ol' self to the grocery store. I wasn't sure I'd make it though so I made them come with me and told them if I ran off to finish the list! LOL. We made it through though. I now have food. And thanks to my wonderful kids (and some work on my part, which nearly killed me) the house is clean too!

Angela: Great pic of you and Mooch! So cute!
CE: Glad the car wasn't tons of cash!
Dawn: I'm not better. It's just residual sassiness. :rolleyes1

Sorry to all the people I didn't quote. My brain is fried. (isn't that what Janet says???) :laughing:

Oh, I know what else I wanted to say. Our wedding. We got married at the courthouse, by a one-eyed judge. No kidding. He had one eye.
The front row of the court room had a few people in it. We were two or three rows back (Me, NotBob, my bff, his bro and wife and my parents and grandparents-Bob's declined. :rolleyes:)
The judge starts with: "today we have a few divorces but first some good news! Would the couple about to married step forward to the bench?"
So we did.
And one of the women in the front row, who is there for a divorce, starts balling. She WAILED through the whole one-eyed cermony.
LOL
But, thankfully it's the marriage that's important. Not the wedding.

Remind me to tell you some time how I was almost arrested at my reception.

MEL:banana:

Hey guys!

Finally caught up from the past two days. I'm not going back any further than that though. To catch up from where I left, I'd have to go back to part 9!!!!!!

So, DD8 has been at church camp all week. We dropped her off on Sunday afternoon and I will go down tomorrow morning to pick her up. It's been 5 nights without her and I almost miss the bickering.... Notice, I said "almost!"

I took DD5 to the Indy Children's Museum today for an art class. She had fun and I found a cozy corner with a stuffed chair to sit and read a book for an hour and a half. It was relaxing. Then, I got home, made dinner, finished my book, mowed the grass, bathed the DD and colored my hair! Whew! I'm tired!

So, I'm off to bed. Gotta get up early and drive to camp. I'll try to check in when we get home. Tomorrow is DH's birthday (39) so I've gotta figure out some presents and cake as well.... I hate the fact that his birthday and Father's Day are always so close. It's hard enough to come up with ideas for one occasion, let alone two!

Anyway, I hope everyone has a great Friday!

Hi, Jodi! Happy Birthday to Eric! :)

Have a great day - your day today sounds busy! :faint:

I'm off to bed, too - good night, all! :grouphug:

Just a quick goodnight call. Pants is coming over in the afternoon. Then when KC gets home from work we are going to the French place for dinner.

We cleaned up here and spent the day relaxing otherwise.

We had some awesome chocolates from this place called secret spoon (secretspoon.com) because KC fixed my friend's PC and she wanted to thank him. Holy crow those truffles were amazing!!! it took us 3 days to eat the box but tonight we finished it. SO GOOD!

off to read and make KC go to bed, he is covering for someone at work tomorrow and the shift is 7:30am- 4pm. He usually goes in at 10am...so it's gonna be a rough morning for the poor boy.

Anyone ahve plans for the 4th of July???

Mel, with a story like that, marriage can only last forever! Hope you feel better soon.

Sound delish! Are they in NY?

Off to bed! After I drop ds off at his last book club I need to run really quick to register TINK for a few extra dance camps that they were able to get her into. There is also a consignment shop for dance clothes and I want to see if they have ballet shoes for her. She out grew last years pair and I have a feeling she'll outgrow a new pair before fall. :hug:

Morning Fockers! :wave: Just popping in quick before running out to a meeting.

Nothing new to report; my Wii trainer witch told me we'd give my legs a break last night... then had me do 60 lunges and squat-jumps. I think she meant "break" in a literal sense. :faint:

TTFN!

I'm still shocked with how quiet it has been around here. :confused3

It seems to get like this in the summer. End of school stuff, people being outside more, etc.

Hi Focker Friends!

=========================================

You can tell Me;'s not feeling well. She isn't posting first. Hope you are better today:goodvibes

Jimmy was fine going to camp today, me on the other hand think I now have a sinus infection:sad2:

ANother work day that is going to be crazy busy, and the weekend isn't much better. TOmorrow is our last Tball game and then we are going to Jim's parents for a little while for Father's day since we won't get to see his dad on SUnday. After that we are going to go out for dinner as a combo Father's Day/my birthday celebration. We can't do either of those things on Sunday becasue Jimmy has a birthday party from 1 -4pm on Sunday.

I need a nap!

Have a good day everyone. WIll try and check back in a bit!:goodvibes

Ouch! That os a long time for no air. Do you have basements in your neck of the woods? Hopefully your state offers tax breaks for new AC's. They usually fall under energy efficiency. Check it out!
We have a finished basement that has laundry, the kids playroom, and two bedrooms. Upstairs we have a window unit in our bedroom and a friend is loaning us another window unit for the living room until it gets fixed. We just have to pick it up and clean it off today. A new AC would be $4000-$5000 installed so we are just getting this one fixed. It is the coil that has several pinholes that cannot be repaired so they are replacing the whole thing. I will however check out the state website for tax offers. :thumbsup2 Today's high is 98!
------------------------------------------------

No run ins at the pool! The mean lady sat way up on top by the spectators area. :thumbsup2
Good for you! Maybe you scared her off HA!

My big event from today was a girlfriend emailed me and told me to get over to a really neat sample sale of kids clothes.
Sounds like you snagged a lot of great deals

:lmao: I laugh becasue I wore mine in the office all day yesterday. They are prescription and I forgot my regular glasses!
It is one coworker of mine who thinks he looks like leonardo decaprio but he actually looks like Lloyd from dumb and Dumber. He wears his sunglasses in every morning and wears them at his desk for at least 15 minutes. Then when it is almost time to go he puts them on again and wears them around the office until it is time to leave. It is just annoying. We have to walk down a dark stairwell to our cars so I told him he had to stop because it was a safety violation. :rotfl2:

I;m sorry:hug:
Please clarify...are you sorry that my AC is broken or that I live in Alabama? :lmao:

Me too please:flower3:
You got it!

Jimmy had a doctor's appointment.
Hope Jimmy gets feeling better.

I'm still not well. :sad2:

Good morning Fockers!
Well I sent Chi and Omicron to their dad's yesterday. Tonight Alpha and Delta are going to their mom's and normally Zeta and I enjoy the quiet time but I forgot that I promised a friend to babysit for her for the weekend. My house really needs cleaning but it is just too dang hot.

I got a lot of work to do here too but yet I can't seem to close the disboard window.

Poor B. She's crispy from yesterday's pool trip. I let her and her friend do sunblock on each other. I guess that was a mistake. :headache:

I'm annoyed with FB again. I've had 6 friend requests in the past few days and I don't want to be friends with any of them. I don't care about high school people. If I wanted to be their friend, or they mine, we would have kept up. I'm happy with the firends I got. I can barely keep up with them, and I don't want every single thing I say on FB to told to everyone. I already went through and unfriended a bunch of people I didn't feel like I knew well enough to talk to personally about my business. :confused3 Now three of these high school friends want to get together. I don't care about catching up. We parted ways because I was so different than them. They are still single with no kids. I'm so opposite of them. Ugh!

Anyway....
Friday's grocery day. I also want to return several things I bought lately that didn't work out. I dread those two things! My mom already called to get my game plan for the day and I started getting crabby because I don't HAVE one at 9am. She ended up saying she was going to get dressed, then she would call me back to get my plans. :sad2: She's not getting it. :rolleyes:

I have a date tonight with my hubby to see Year 1. It looks stinking hilarious. I'll let you all know. :thumbsup2

JO went to an old golf club. Ells played in a tournament with 5 teams and was batty but came in a joint second. Yeah, I don’t do golf, so I only know that she did good.
Ellie played rounders which is a bit like baseball not golf :rotfl2: And great wedding photo!!!

It's 98 degrees in my living room. I don't know if I can make it until Monday to get the ac fixed. I'm sweating just sitting her. It's too hot to clean and my house is DIRTY!
Wow :faint:

Awesome! Did you take any pictures?
Nope but check out www.royalblackheath.com for photos, the club house was one of Nelson's old houses I think!

I felt so bad for Buzz at our last baseball game - he never hit the ball. I think you're right - they don't care if they get caught out, as long as they've actually hit it.
Exactly and 350 wedding invites :faint: OMG don't think I know that many people :rotfl2:

Neener neener! :rotfl:
:snooty::rotfl2:

What a Day !!! :scared1:One of the consumers ran away this morning ! Had to call the Police they found her but she wouldn't get in the squad car cuz they wouldn' let her sit up front !!!!:laughing:OMG the paperwork that all entailed !!:sad2: I have such a headache !! :headache:Waiting for the middle of the night call !!!:eek:
Amhome and want to relax but Judy has friends over and so do the girls and it is LOUD!!!!!:scared1: I am takingTylenol PM tonite for sure !!!!!!
Wow Rosie sounds as though you needed a good nights sleep!

THose babies where so yummy Jo! I still have thoughts of how delish they were!
:rotfl2: and I was saying we hadn't seen your wedding photos yet oh and great find on the clothes!

Even the CM website has been screwy with all the changes they are making. My mother worked 10 hours last pay period. It was showing her direct deposit as $946. She gets paid $10.36 an hour:lmao: Unfortunately they put the right amount into her account:rolleyes:
Darn :rotfl2: and hope Jimmy feels better soon!

I'm still shocked with how quiet it has been around here. :confused3
I know, it's not right is it :sad2:

I'm still not well. :sad2: It's changing all the time though. One day it's vomit, the next crazy sweating/clammy/freezing fits and the next day stomach cramps and nausea. Fun, fun, fun.
Oh no, feel better sweetie and loved the wedding story and yes please tell us about the reception!

Played absolute rubbish today, my arm aches and I'm blaming it on that :rotfl2: Anyone here got skype? If you do and want a chat let me know :thumbsup2

But it was fun - we had Dr. Belle's grandpa for our band. He's had a Big Band since 1942. Everyone had a blast. :thumbsup2
How cool! I love the 40's channel on Sirius.

What a Day !!!

I'm getting ready to get ready to make cupcakes. They won't take long and aren't hard to do, but I've been piddling around here and there instead of doing it. The sun's out so I plan on pooling when I'm done, if I ever get done. :rolleyes:

Morning Fockers! :wave: Just popping in quick before running out to a meeting.

Never heard of Skype:confused3

The one I am "friends" with, is friends with the others and I guess they can read what was posted? :confused3 I dunno...

Poor thing. Do you have the Aloe Gel for her?
I bought Burt's Bees after sun soother for her to use. It has aloe in it. :thumbsup2

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Speaking of Burt's Bee stuff... Has anyone used the sunblock? Walgreens has the spray kind 2 for $10 right now. That's cheaper than the other brands and since Camryn got a rash at WDW from the sunblock, I was thinking of trying it. popcorn::
ETA: When I googled the sunblock, I found that almost every review was bad. They said it doesn't rub in, leaving a white film and that it stains clothes. so, just wanted to warn you all. I guess I'll stick to my store brand.
You can block others so they can't read what you say too. I only know this becasue someone blocked me. I can read when someone responds to them, but I can't read what they wrote.
I use Coppertone Sport on Jimmy. I like it becasue it goes on clear, no rubbing it in:thumbsup2 I have to be careful what I use on him becasue of the excezema, and this has caused no problems!
Afternoon Fockers!
I went MIA again. Gee my kids aren't here so you'd think I'd have a little more time to be at the computer...so not ture! I guess I'm just trying to keep myself busy because I miss them bunches!
I did read a few pages back and one of Kristal's updates...
CE - Glad the car was fixable.
Deb - :eek: to no A/C! I was watching The Weather Channel earlier and saw that it's to be in the 100's this weekend.
Mel - Hope you are feeling better.
That's all I can remember.
Not much happening here with me. I went shopping yesterday in Pittsburgh at 2 different malls. Picked up a few things for the kids at Gymboree and Janie and Jack at their end of season sales. Then stopped at the bigger mall at The Children's Place (another sale) and The Disney Store.
Today I have to run to Walmart to pick up a few school supplies...pens, pencils, paper, notebooks. I start school on Moday! :scared1: I'm nervous but in a good way. :thumbsup2
Hope y'all have a good Friday and if I'm not a round a good weekend. :flower3:
Sound delish! Are they in NY?
No I think they are out of Cali. My friend who sent them lives in Arizona so I have no idea how she found them. But they are going to become our special occasion chocolates because they were that good!
Nothing new to report; my Wii trainer witch told me we'd give my legs a break last night... then had me do 60 lunges and squat-jumps. I think she meant "break" in a literal sense. :faint:
I am thinking more and more that it sounds like a good thing for me to try out. Esp. since my poor wiii hasn't been on in weeks.
My parents will be home. We are going to my brothers on Friday (the 3rd). His township does fireworks. Then on the 4th is my Aunts 82nd birthday so we are heading over there for a BBQ.
Sounds like fun!!! I already cleared my days off for AC with work (they asked on the paperwork day) so we are good to go for July 24th!!!!
I got a lot of work to do here too but yet I can't seem to close the disboard window.
Addictions stink!
LOL we all share that one! Stay as cool as you can!
I'm annoyed with FB again. I've had 6 friend requests in the past few days and I don't want to be friends with any of them. I don't care about high school people. If I wanted to be their friend, or they mine, we would have kept up. I'm happy with the firends I got. I can barely keep up with them, and I don't want every single thing I say on FB to told to everyone. I already went through and unfriended a bunch of people I didn't feel like I knew well enough to talk to personally about my business. :confused3 Now three of these high school friends want to get together. I don't care about catching up. We parted ways because I was so different than them. They are still single with no kids. I'm so opposite of them. Ugh!
I usually use the store brand stuff but I use cream instead of lotion because to me it feels less slimy and i hate the sliminess of sunblock.
I get you about the FB thing too. Do what you need to do, don't sweat it. OR you can make a block list of high school people who can't see your everyday updates?! Just an option.
Played absolute rubbish today, my arm aches and I'm blaming it on that :rotfl2: Anyone here got skype? If you do and want a chat let me know :thumbsup2
We got skype but we need to get a new webcam because it kind of defeats the purpose of web chatting if you can't see each other! I'll let you know!
I'm getting ready to get ready to make cupcakes. They won't take long and aren't hard to do, but I've been piddling around here and there instead of doing it. The sun's out so I plan on pooling when I'm done, if I ever get done. :rolleyes:
What kind of cupcakes???
Today I have to run to Walmart to pick up a few school supplies...pens, pencils, paper, notebooks. I start school on Moday! :scared1: I'm nervous but in a good way. :thumbsup2
Good Luck!
It was a late night for me, finishing a book. Then the mail man came early today knocking on my door, but he brought me my True Blood Blu Ray Set!! :woohoo:
I am procrastinating. I need to get into the shower but I know Pants hasn't left his house yet and it's about an hour or so on the train so I have time. I'm excited for the French restaurant tonight! Here's hopin' KC will be ok since he literally got 2 hours of sleep.
Anywho HAPPY FRIDAY!!
Okay, here's what I have got (apologies if I forget):
