Well I'm home from work !!:banana:
Kat I could care less about Universal I know where my heart is !! But DD has had it in her head to go to Universal for a day next yearand when she heard free tickets!!:cool1:

KC is late getting home from work...again! At least he's off tomorrow. We are going to pull apart the kitchen and reseal the cabinets to make sure we never see another 4 legged visitor again. So I will prob not be on until late tomorrow...not too much chatting without me, ok?!

Night all!

While with kelly last night, she displayed some awesome FDM skills.

I get to the house and she runs over and says only 8 more weeks to Disney and I ask how many days is that and we figure it out 58. But Kelly says well today is almost over so that makes 57 and then she added, and Aunt Mo you are picking up the night before so we only have 56 I think we have a junior Focker!!!!
That little girl has got what it takes! :cool1:
Yeah, the only part Leo liked was hitting the ball... he didn't want to run, throw or catch. :rolleyes: He did enjoy playing 3rd base, where he socialized with each passing runner.
:rotfl2: Too funny!
(I owe you one... you got me pregnant a few months back.)
:lmao:
I've been helping at Guides (Girl Scouts) tonight and they were practising for a Camp Fire they're doing for the Brownies and Rainbows (younger girls) and it was great fun, anyone know ging gang goolie goolie?
Uhhhh.. nope. :confused3
T, you MADE MY DAY! I'm so excited to go with!
:teeth: Be sure to send flat Jenn to me before we leave... I need some one to chit chat with on the red eye! ;)
\
We don't have Popeye's here. We just have Kentucky Fried Chicken. How do they compare? I bet Popeyes is way better.
We have KFC here - Blech! :crazy2: We also have Church's and Popeyes, though I've never had either. I don't really eat fried chicken, unless you count chicken strips... no bones for me. :eek:
STUCK STUCK STUCK !!!!

WDW is over.. but the DRAMA continues.
WE HAD A TERRIBLE STORM come in as we were leaving MGM ( NOPE I STILL HAVE NOT CONVERTED) and it was so bad we could not really see to drive to MCO. I am not sure if I have ever been in rain this hard while driving.

Anyway.. that delayed our flight from the Bahamas... and as of right now.. we are scheduled to leave 2 hours later than we were supposed to.
JOSHUA is NOT Handling the delay well at all.

We may have to stay another night in a hotel because of how late we are getting in we still have nearly 4 hour drive AFTER WE get off the plane.:

Met up with Mel last night and had a good meet.::
Thanks for the Hug Jo

ARE WE HAVING FUN YET !!!!
Oh Katt! I hope it gets better for you! :hug:
Murph, Ryan and me
ry%3D320
Mo, you look so skinny!! :thumbsup2
I then did something I swore I would never do. Jimmy had a mosquito bite that blew up his knee pretty good. The cream we were putting on it seemed to be helping with the itch...but I gave him some Benadryl becasue I wanted him to go to sleep. (CE you can hand bakc that Mother of the Year Award :sad2:). Ant Bully came on the Cartoon Chanel and he was asleep by 9:00pm. He slept until 7:30am. I felt so guilty:(
Perhaps you needed to give him the Benedryl because you wanted to keep the swelling of the bite down. :hug: I'm a horrible mother, I give M&E night night juice everytime we're going to set foot on an airplane. :rotfl:
BTW, loved, loved, loved your mini-trip report. Jimmy is too adorable and ITA with Kate - he's your "Mini-Me"! :rotfl:

Barbieville Update:
Today was my first company meeting and the realization of where I am working actually set in. We are having a writer from Vogue come in tomorrow and interview the Dr. and have some treatments done. It's like the Real Housewives of Orange County! :lmao:

I asked Alabaster Skin Barbie why TGB was fired and she told me she can't speak about it. Huh? Why not? She's already gone, right? They don't even mention TGB's name and any phone calls for her are to be forwared to Itty Bitty Barbie. It's very "The Village" - ever see that movie? "The others we don't speak of" :lmao: Rent it, it's a trip. Speaking of renting movies, anyone see "The Kite Runner"?? that's a must see! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

But I digress.... Today Dr. Botox freaked out on me about a patient. I swear I thought her head was going to start spinning and she was going to barf green junk! :scared1: I didn't do anything to cause it, but it was funny all the same! I get a kick out of all the drama and how people freak out so easily! But they do laser hair removal, so I've been thinking... how nice would it be to never have to shave your pits again?? :scratchin:

Have a great night girls! Tomorrow is my last day as a student, then I'm off on Friday - going to see Wall-E at the El Capitan in Hollyweird, but the good thing is it's right next door to the Disney Soda Shop! :thumbsup2

Janet & Mo- Great pics! Thanks for sharing!

My bread turned out FABULOUS! I did take pics but quickly erased them thinking who in their right mind does this??? :rotfl:

I talked with my BFF today for about two hours. It's been a couple of weeks and it was nice to catch up with her and her work stories and she let me complain to her about the divorce. (She works for a Barbie as well...I think I should call her Stoned Barbie :scared1: ). We talked about our upcoming trip to Disney as well and I told her where we would be eating and things like that. It was fun chatting with her. :)

T---I'm cracking up reading your Barbie stories! It's so different than the nursing home I work at! :rotfl:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++
We're hoping to see WALL-E too--it's on at the Drive in with Get Smart after that---adults are $5 and kids are $2 and we bring food and blankets and sit out with friends! It's a lot of fun!

Janet & Mo- Great pics! Thanks for sharing!

Hey Lori---not sure if I've said Hi as I've been running around---but feel free to chat with us about anything or nothing! We've made some pretty close attachments here and I'd like to think we can help each other weather any storm--from marriage problems, kid problems to condiment crisis! Sometimes it's a good place just to be silly and sometimes we need a lift from our friends! :hug:

Night Kat!! and all !!
Nighty-nite!

My pup is asleep...............please please please don't wake up till morning..................pretty please!!!

Two days in a row, I'm first!!! :banana: :banana: :banana: Go, me!! :cool2:

I'm going to breakfast with my friend this morning after we drop the kids off at VBS, so I'm excited to have time to talk without our six kids blabbing away. :woohoo:

Someone wakey wakey so I can talk before I have to go! ;)

Good Morning! Dawn, two days in a row, good deal.:thumbsup2 How are you feeling?

Today is my kiddos last day of summer classes (unless I sign them up for more later in the summer). I have a meeting with the school Principal, about a summer decorating project that I got assigned, whilst they are at class. When I get home it is baking and cooking time for me! My friends husband is throwing her a surprise 40th party tomorrow night and I am helping him with all of his portion of the food. Two other friends are bringing various things, but I am pulling the party together for the dh. I love parties.

:worried: Eh... :sick: Not great, but I'm trying to knock out my to do list slowly. Only one week from today! :banana:

Mmmm... I love food. I'm going to be quite a bear when I have to have liquids for the 48 hours before the surgery. :headache: :mad:

A party sounds really fun! What a good hubby to throw a surprise party for her. :cloud9:

Good Morning all !! and Good afternoon Jo!!Just home from a 6am appointment I had to rrun for my partime job and had to stop at Tim Hortons for gift cards for latchkey staff,> Did I ever mention DD always leaves stuff to the last minute !! :scared1: So I go get the cards, what a nightmare TH is brutal in the a.m I parked and no one would let me out this one woman kept beeping at me like I didn't know she was there so I rolled down my window and asked her ( well it was a little stronger than ask) "What her problem was " She stopped beeping!!:(

Mornin' ladies! Well, I'm 3rd........but I've been up since 6 with the puppy if that counts! Plus I got to talk to my DH before work which was kinda nice too. Waiting for the furniture people who are supposed to be here between 8-10 (yeah right).......one of the entertainment pieces had a scratch and they are replacing it.

JV--that's nice about the party! Tell her happy 40th.....it's not so bad........I think the anticipation was worse than the event! (and going to Disney helped too!)

Dawn--how long will u be in the hospital? Will you be in a SA one?

ARE WE HAVING FUN YET !!!!
OMG Katt - this one really has been a doozy of a trip! Hope you're either on your way home or made it home quickly and safely. :hug:

The parkway is hellish on weekends in the summer and I am just so over the whole shore thing and the crowds, I rather fight the crowds at rope drop then the parkway no a Firday night in the summer.
Oh well, shoot - THAT doesn't sound like fun at all! I was picturing something more relaxing. ;)

We got back, but on the cartoon channel (What BAD shows are on that channel)
ITA! Leo had me watching something called "Chowder" the other day. Ugh. I had to walk away. :crazy2:
Jimmy had a mosquito bite that blew up his knee pretty good. The cream we were putting on it seemed to be helping with the itch...but I gave him some Benadryl becasue I wanted him to go to sleep. Okay, and I swear I'm not enabling in any way on this one, giving him the Benydryl was a good move. Leo and I are both overly-allergic to mosquito bites and I've found that the topical creams don't do squat; liquid Benydryl is the only thing that takes the swelling down. You done good mom! :hug:

Love all the pics and tales form Wildwood! :yay:

Yes, Ryan is the oldest. I still can't believe he graduated and how I cried, but he has been my buddy right from the beginning, I am sure going to miss that kid when he leaves for school, which is August 23rd.
:hug:

I can't get over how much Jimmy looks like you, Janet!
I was thinking the same thing!

ROTFL!!! I did reorganize my fridge over the weekend, but the condiments stayed put!

Morning all! :wave: Hooray for Thursday - it's been one of THOSE weeks. Not overly bad, but not overly good, either. I'm ready for it to be done.

Janet & Mo- Thanks for sharing! I love the pics!!!

THanks Dawn:goodvibes Got your PM and responded:thumbsup2

It looks like you had a lot of fun on your trip, Janet.

We did, but I felt more tense for a weekend at the beach than I get for 10 days at WDW. There was just so much to remember to bring that I don't need for a trip to WDW (Towels, etc). Nice to do once or twice a year, but that is enough for me::yes::

I can't get over how much Jimmy looks like you, Janet! What a cutie he is. And I figure everyone needs funnel cake and cotton candy for lunch every once in a while. Keeps you sane.
Thanks Kate:goodvibes

:rotfl:

Morning all! :wave: Hooray for Thursday - it's been one of THOSE weeks. Not overly bad, but not overly good, either. I'm ready for it to be done.

Me too V. It's just been a weird week here, if that makes sense.

Dawn--how long will u be in the hospital? Will you be in a SA one?
It's supposed to be about 3 days. And, yes, I'll be in a SA hospital. I'm not going to the one here for something as big as surgery. Just say "No" to small town hospitals if at all possible.
BTW- I repsonded on my TR and posted a second update.

Janet- I think it was the best thing to do to give Jimmy the Benedryl. :hug: The topical meds never work as well.

I hear you about the beach packing. That's more where we go each year, so Disney was way more stressul for me!

V- I'm glad you got your fridge under control! :lmao:

Anyway, I posted on my TR. I had been closed, so I ask OhMari to move it back to the right place and she did. :goodvibes I'm trying to get the last 5 days in before next Thursday. So, if anyone's bored- there you go. I posted two updates this a.m., but photobucket is down, so no pics yet. :headache:

I wonder if Katt's home or had to stay over last night. Poor girl!

My exciting news is that Jante's taking Flat Dawn with her to Fockerfest. :banana: Poor thing doesn't know how much Flat Dawn can act up!!! :rotfl2: She's way naughtier than full-figured Dawn! :rotfl:

I'm off to take the kids to VBS.

Hi everyone!:hug: No time to quote but I am all caught up.Janet,I gave benadryl to Peyton last night too.He has a bunch of bug bites in a VERY sensitive private area and his ...boy part(okay lame but trying to be nice) was swollen to three times the size it should be.:scared1: He is much better this morning though.:goodvibes

My mom and I went shopping for stuff for our beach trip last night.Food is much cheaper here than in Panama City.Of course she also bought the kids new beach towels,pool toys,etc.We were sitting at dinner and I said how happy I was that we were finally getting a vacation.Rachel looked at me and said " It's not as good as Disney but its better than staying at home".Smart girl.

Well, gotta go get more stuff together and do laundry.DH wants to pack tonight so that we can pack the van tomorrow night.We have two bday parties to go to tomorrow night and then we leave early Saturday morning.:thumbsup2

Everyone have a great Thursday!

What did I miss? What 4 legged visitor?:scared:

I live in the city of buggies...ever since they re-did the apartment below us we have been visited by some 4 legged yuckies. We are both grossed out by it and can't deal anymore. We lived here for 3 years with not a bug, now eeew. So on with the cleaning!

~~~~~~~
I felt guilty waking KC up too early, so he's sleeping (until noon then the free pass is over). We had someone come pick up some free cycle items this morning, so he had a weird morning already. It looks rainy and yucky, great day to stay in and clean!
Have a great day everyone!!!!!!
PLease enlighten us::yes::
Here you go :rotfl2:
Click here to hear a traditional Guide and scouts campfire song!!!!
STUCK STUCK STUCK !!!!
Hope you're safely home soon Kat, oh and I'm glad you got the hug :goodvibes
So here's some pics of Ryan last night
Lovely photos Mo and I agree you do look skinny :goodvibes
I then did something I swore I would never do. Jimmy had a mosquito bite that blew up his knee pretty good. The cream we were putting on it seemed to be helping with the itch...but I gave him some Benadryl becasue I wanted him to go to sleep. (CE you can hand bakc that Mother of the Year Award :sad2:).
Don't feel guilty Janet that's what the medicine is for!
Good mother of the year candidate that I am we had funnel cake and cotton candy for lunch:thumbsup2 Here is Jimmy with some Cotton Candy
Errrr what's wrong with that? You were on holiday :rotfl2: Nice TR Janet!
Well I'm home from work !!
Hi Rosie :wave2:
not too much chatting without me, ok?!
OK :rotfl2:
Uhhhh.. nope. :confused3
See reply to Janet and youtube video :rotfl2:
But they do laser hair removal, so I've been thinking... how nice would it be to never have to shave your pits again?? :scratchin:
My sister had her upper lip and under arms done a few years ago and said it was worth every penny, it felt like being pinged by an elastic band!
My bread turned out FABULOUS! I did take pics but quickly erased them thinking who in their right mind does this??? :rotfl:
As others have said we do, have you not seen the food porn threads on the restaurant boards :rotfl2:
My pup is asleep...............please please please don't wake up till morning..................pretty please!!!
And??????
Two days in a row, I'm first!!! :banana: :banana: :banana: Go, me!! :cool2:
Fantastic and I'll go and read your TR soon!
Too much to quote. I'll just say...I LOVE AND HAVE MISSED YOU ALL! :teeth:
2 interviews this afternoon...as my one from yesterday was moved. Wish me luck.
:faint:
I'm here at my motha's.
So, pray for me too! The saga has begun...
Good luck Jen, do they tell you quickly if you've been successful? And tons of luck for being at your Mums :rotfl2:
I just did a quick sprint down the road, Ellie is round the corner playing with some friends and Jess is due home any minute, well I suddenly remembered that Ellie is still wearing Jessica's T-Shirt that she had on for sports day (it had to be yellow) and Jess had said that she wasn't allowed to wear it, so to save any drama I made Ellie change and I've hidden it at the bottom of the laundry bin :rotfl2:
