I just remembered..as I was posting for this week.. that I forgot to post for last week. AHHHHH!

Starting to up my mileage for the Charlotte Marathon. Sorry have not posted but my life is crazy!

13.1 miles at DL 1/2, this took me 3 hours (does this count double?)
12 additional miles in 3.5 hours
 

Week of 8/30 - 9/5:
19.31 miles - 3:23

How do we do races - double miles? I did a 10K race, so adding another 6.2 makes 25.5 miles. (I assume we don't double the minutes too? If we do, it was 1:00:30)

I am such a bad boardie. Things have been crazy, I haven't posted, and I am weeks behind in miles and minutes. I apologize. I have exercised, but I can't even begin to guess how much. I have made a commitment to start anew this week...

I'm finally back online and missed a couple of weeks for reporting. I need to go back through my logs and figure out what I did--there was a 5K race in there--but I'll edit this post tonight when I have my log with me.

Through 8/22 88.83 in 7:45 minutes (or 7.75)
Through 8/29: 60.40 miles in 7:43 minutes (or 7.72 in decimal format)
Through 9/5: 61.80 miles in 7:34 (or 7.57 in decimal format)

A big dump for me in the past couple of weeks, I know. I need to get back on a regular schedule.
 
Mine were pretty paltry for last week: (catch-up took all my exercise time)

5.27 miles; 1:38 hrs/min

Already I'm on track to be much better this week.


To those who asked: Yes, miles done in competition are doubled, but the minutes should be reported as they are.
