Sorry it is a little low...did not get to go on my "Girls Ride" Thursday night due to another appointment....then DD10 had her 1st Soccer game Saturday and I did not get a long ride in...The team won though!:thumbsup2

Guess which week we had company?! And they're coming back...they stayed here, they went to Canada, and they'll be back to stay again on Wednesday. Sigh. I guess I won't really get my rhythm back until after Labor Day...

Hi Team!! Here's my totals for last week.. I ran a race on Saturday so I look forward to putting in those double miles next week -woohoo!!

I'm back and just getting around to posting. I did really well with exercising on the cruise mix of spin, elipical, even a pilates and stretch class.

I'm back, but completely swamped with stuff for both work and the family.

Here is my activity for the 2 weeks we were away:

8/16 thru 8/22: 18.33 miles, 6 hours

8/23 thru 8/30: 12 miles, 5 hours

I had to go easy during the second week because my back was acting "iffy", but I can attest to the fact that Nancy was an exercise FIEND!

I won't be doing any posting until the weekend....hopefully by then I'll be out from under this mess.

I'm back to double dipping, so this week is much better, I promise!
