not too bad a week, although I had to take 2 days off due to my own stupidity.. I did my long run (10 miles, a new high for me) and felt pretty good. Later that afternoon my DS4 and I were playing tag in the house and I caught my foot on the corner and went down hard-- my knee was not happy about the whole thing and it took me a day before I could walk without limping. Fortunately, I bruised it but did not tear anything, so now I'm back on track and watching the bruises turn that nice, yellow/green color...

Hey guys, if you haven't noticed, Judy & myself are trying to entice as many WISHers as possible to voluntEAR as Sports Enthusiasts for Marathon Weekend.
It will be lots of fun, and what a great way to support others WISHers (and all the athletes) if you are not participating!
Nevermind, you receive a one-day park ticket, jacket and a snack for your troubles!
I know that we had a blast doing this last year and we hope to have much more particpation this year.
Re Kristi's post about volunteering: I hope all our Ohana cousins will seriously consider doing this. I haven't done it before but everyone claims it is alot of fun. I'll be working at water stop #2/9 during the half-marathon. Debra, Dave, Erica, Lynn, and my hubby John will be there also (not sure which Lynn it is....scott's wife or the new doctor?) I hope lots of you will join us to work either the half or full.
