TEAM #6: OHANA-No One Gets Left Behind:Post your miles/hours here

YOU GUYS ARE ALL AMAZING!

I was feeling pretty down because I knew my miles were a little off this week and then I came over here to pick up the miles and minutes, and all I can say is....WOW!
I haven't yet posted the results and we haven't heard from everyone, but I think you guys have really outdone yourselves this week and set a new record. Way to go, Team.....you all rock! :worship: :worship: :worship:

Oh, and here's my contribution:
15 miles; 8hrs,53min

Wow - you guys are incredible and very inspiring!

I'm nursing an injured ankle, so I only ran once this week. :worried: Here are my lowly numbers:

2 miles/30 min.

My ankle is getting better by the day, so I'm hoping to be able to do more next week. I'm just afraid of doing too much too soon and making it worse. I just wish I had some exciting story of how I hurt it, like maybe I hurt it mountain climbing or even rescuing a kitten from a tree. But the sad truth is that I have no idea what I did to it. It just started hurting one day. :confused3

Yay, Julie....you found us! And just for the record, no miles are lowly. Anyone nursing an injury needs to tend to that first....that's why we're a "team"!

From our new condo in Folsom:thumbsup2

Robert: 6.1 Miles 6 1/2 hrs
Linda: 3.5 Miles 4 1/2 hrs

Congratulations on your move. I know that having something like that behind you is such a relief.

M'Lisse and I just got back from our cruise, so it wasn't a banner week. I had 4 hours, and 8 miles.

I think I'm going to try and focus more on biking. My knees have been sore, and I think I need to focus on some lifting and bikking in lieu of running to see if that helps.

Great miles everyone.

SO weird that we are all thinking about more biking the same week. I think I need to sub in some biking instead of the short run on Monday and possibly Thursday. I've got some grumpy leg muscles after that personal best week. :headache:

OK team I am embarrassed to post my weekly miles/hours. I was sicker than a dog early in the week and gone the rest of the week nursing my hacking cough.

5.25 miles
70 minutes

I promise an increase in numbers this week.

Hi there. I'm new. I'll wait 'til Saturday before I post all my data for the week. In the meantime, this is my "subscription post."

I'm glad to be here. :goodvibes

Better week for us as were in our new condo for 1st 3 days of week so we could get out and walk.

Robert: 20.75 miles 8:55 hrs/mins

Linda: 17.75 miles 5:45 hrs/mins

Well, this is a banner week for me.

0 hours, 0 miles.

STill recovering from a terrible chest cold, so this week, nobody else gets to say their miles are too low.:rotfl:

Denny--- Hope you are feeling better soon. It seems a number of our cousins have been ill the past couple of weeks.

Here are my totals for the week.

16.2 miles walking
17.6 miles biking
Total miles 33.8

Total hours 8 hrs 10 minutes.

Nancy

Thanks, Nancy.

It's been one of those weeks where I knew I was better off to wait the cold out. It felt like I had water in my lungs, but I'm on the tail end of this thing now.

Add me to the list. My nurse has been out sick most of the week, but she was in the office long enough to give me her cooties. My resting heart rate this morning was 100, my chest is not good...don't know if the LR will happen tomorrow.

Question for our fearless Captain :worship: .... I know we are to post Saturday to Friday results, but Garmin's weekly results are Sunday to Saturday.

Any problem if I post one day off and them be Sunday to Saturday? I don't want to mess up the timing of the posts.

It sure would make it much easier because everything I do is with the Garmin.

another late poster here.....

Miles 9.6 running (includes doubled 3.1 for 5K race) + 0.9 miles swimming = 10.5 total miles
Time 216 minutes (3 hours 36 minutes)
