Here are my totals for the week. Thanks to an increased focus on stretching and flexibility, as well as no-impact XT, I'm happy to report my knee is definitely healing. Oddly enough, this week includes no rowing, as I find it aggravates my knee. I also tried to minimize my pedestrian lifestyle this week--easy to justify with the rainy weather. Finally, I'm donating my Monday run to Lily!
