WATP Video? Is that "Whack All Them Pandas", I heard that is a new spectator sport.

I wondered if you were frozen solid up there in the far north. Who has been keeping Jeanne under control?

Visiting Panda:hippie:

Here are my totals for the week. Thanks to an increased focus on stretching and flexibility, as well as no-impact XT, I'm happy to report my knee is definitely healing. Oddly enough, this week includes no rowing, as I find it aggravates my knee. I also tried to minimize my pedestrian lifestyle this week--easy to justify with the rainy weather. Finally, I'm donating my Monday run to Lily! :flower3:

Running for Llly - I am more than happy to donate (are we making a big team donation or just doing it personally?) but did not work out on Monday. I was supposed to, but travel. :guilty: I could offer Tuesday's run instead, or this upcoming Monday's theoretical run.

Oh my gosh I've been so busy this week I haven't had time to post since last week! But you guys are doing an awesome job!
I didn't work out on Monday this week, and I'm so new to the board I don't actually know Lily, but all of the WISHers have been so supportive of me that I've been doing REALLY well with this whole exercise idea, so I'm THRILLED to support a WISHer that could use some cheer. I'm most proud of my Tuesday run, where I finally did the full week 2 workout for couch potato to 5k (my knees and shins have been killing me, so I WAS scaling back before that...) so that's probably the one that would make the most sense to donate? But however you want to do it is fine by me.

My totals:
2/16: 1 hour elliptical, 4 miles
2/19: 30 minutes running/walking, 2.25 miles; 30 minutes stretching/core training
2/20: 30 minutes biking, 10.25 miles
2/21: 1 hour elliptical, 4 miles
2/22: 1 hour core/resistance band/stabilizer training - OUCH I JUST GOT THIS, WOW WAS IT WORK!!!! =)

Totals:
For Lily: 60 minutes, 2.25 miles (Mondays are generally my extended workout when it's not a holiday, so this will go up next week!)

For the team: 3.5 hours, 18.25 miles

OK, here are mine for the week:

9.84 miles, 9:08 hour/min

My Monday for Lily: (not included above)
.33 mi, 1:20 It was my water aerobics class and the 24 lengths I swam afterwards. (I swim alot slower than you, Christa!)

To those of you that donated miles/time to Lily, I hope you don't mind but I subtracted them from your totals so as not to count them twice. In this way we are truly donating the miles as opposed to a symbolic gesture. For most people it was a simple calculation. However for Debra, who does a gazillion different things and racks up more miles than I can imagine, I wasn't sure if her totals included the Lily miles or not. Please let me know if I need to subtract them out.
Waiting for reports from Robert, Linda, Jim, Denny and Jen......

I had already taken out my miles for Lily. So you did not have to subtract them from what I put my total as.

Awww you guys are fantastic and i'm sure Lily will be staggered when she sees this. Lots of cuddles back for each and every mile and minute you guys achieved and donated

Sorry about being late.

32.88 miles. 3 hr 20 min.

I'm finding that having to report is an extra incentive to get out there.
