TEAM #6: OHANA-No One Gets Left Behind:Post your miles/hours here

I had already taken out my miles for Lily. So you did not have to subtract them from what I put my total as.

Christa: you were very explicit, so I think I got it OK, but I will go back to the spreadsheet and confirm. :thumbsup2

Sorry about being late.

32.88 miles. 3 hr 20 min.

I'm finding that having to report is an extra incentive to get out there.

Great job, Jim! Did you remember to double the miles for your half-marathon?

Whoops, sorry for being late!!:sad1:

Ok here is my week:

Running and walking - 7.35 Miles 105 minutes
Cross Training - 1 mile 125 minutes

Donate to Lily: 1 mile and 70 minutes cross training

Total for me:
7.35 miles and 160 minutes

I hope I have that calculated right!

OK, here are mine for the week:

9.84 miles, 9:08 hour/min

My Monday for Lily: (not included above)
.33 mi, 1:20 It was my water aerobics class and the 24 lengths I swam afterwards. (I swim alot slower than you, Christa!)

To those of you that donated miles/time to Lily, I hope you don't mind but I subtracted them from your totals so as not to count them twice. In this way we are truly donating the miles as opposed to a symbolic gesture. For most people it was a simple calculation. However for Debra, who does a gazillion different things and racks up more miles than I can imagine, I wasn't sure if her totals included the Lily miles or not. Please let me know if I need to subtract them out.
Waiting for reports from Robert, Linda, Jim, Denny and Jen......

Jeanne:

I already subtracted my miles & hours for Lily. So the blue totals are for Ohana and the red are for Lily. Sorry for the confusion.

Oops! I forgot to donate for Lily -- I hope it's not too late! If not, I meant to donate four miles and 60 minutes, which would be a normal Monday for me...

Sorry for the confusion. Things were a bit crazed for me Friday!

Thanks!
Maria

No problem....I'll go do the update. I've heard from all except Denny but that's OK.....I can revise the spreadsheet at any time.

GREAT JOB, FAMILY!

M'Lisse and I are in the middle of a completed Disney visit (quick 2 day stopover) and a cruise, so both of us will be pretty light these two weeks.

For last week, I had 3 hours and 6 miles.

Just in case you did not see Jeanne's post on teh WW's thread.

Greetings from Team Ohana!

Seeing that our fearless leader, Lily, has been under the weather and unable to train on her own behalf, several members of Team Ohana have generously donated a portion of their hours/miles to her. Most of us just donated whatever we did on Monday, but a few that did not workout that day chose another session. Also, there are still a few people who have not yet reported their miles, so the total may increase. Please know that these miles/hours are a true gift and have not been included in our team's total. We gladly offer them to be placed in Lily's account:

15.99 miles, 5hours,54 min (5:54)

I am speechless. What an amazing team you guys are. You really do your name proud! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! :flower3:

***You kow you're gonna' make Lily cry, right? ;) Heck if I weren't at work, I might too.
Sending best wishes for her speedy recovery from your Team Ohana cousins. :grouphug:

Sorry, I'm totally oblivious to what's going on. I want to donate to Lily too. Please include 1.5 hours and 3 miles (half of the week's total). Sorry, but it was a weak week.

Get well quick, Lily.:cheer2:

Sorry I'm late with the post; DOOD wanted a little DOOD and Debra time on a Friday eve., and who am I to say no? I'm just not the type of girl to say no, I guess. ;)

Okay, I have to tell you that I can't believe these numbers this week, but I've done the calculations three times!! This week, I ended up substituting bicycling for one run :sad2: and one yoga class :sad1:, and I didn't row at all. (Why does rowing bother my knee?) So all my biking miles really added up quickly, which is a small consolation for the nastiness of the first part of last week. Anyway, my totals are abnormally high, and the main reason I can be happy about the workout week is because those substitutions made good numbers for the team at the end of the month! :goodvibes

DAILY/SESSION TOTALS:
W/O Miles: 10.25, 26.00, 21.41, 0, 19.33, 0, 21.70
W/O Time: 1.10, 2:10, 1:45, :45, 2:00; 1:32, 2:40
Ped./Comm. Miles: 3.4
Ped./Comm. Time: :47 (really fast this week--it was cold!)

DETAILS
• Running/Walking/RW: Treadmill and pavement.
• XT activities: Circuit and strength training (incl. free weights, circuit training, core work, and flexibility exercises), elliptical trainer, and stationary bicycling. No yoga or rowing this week.
• Pedestrian/Commuter Miles are “walking with a purpose” to/from neighborhood destinations (between 15:00-17:00 mm in regular conditions); they do not include walking inside a destination or between destinations within a neighborhood (i.e. this is just commute time). I also count pedestrian strolls with my partner, although there was none of that this week.

GRAND TOTAL
TOTAL MILES: 102.09 miles (11.03 miles of R, W, or RW for those who care)
TOTAL TIME: 12:49 (or 12.82)

Btw, CONGRATULATIONS to both Christa for meeting her running goal :worship: and Corrina for making a PB in terms of weekly & monthly mileage :worship: !!
