Sorry I'm late with the post; DOOD wanted a little DOOD and Debra time on a Friday eve., and who am I to say no? I'm just not the type of girl to say no, I guess.
Okay, I have to tell you that I can't believe these numbers this week, but I've done the calculations three times!! This week, I ended up substituting bicycling for one run

and one yoga class

, and I didn't row at all. (Why does rowing bother my knee?) So all my biking miles really added up quickly, which is a small consolation for the nastiness of the first part of last week. Anyway, my totals are abnormally high, and the main reason I can be happy about the workout week is because those substitutions made good numbers for the team at the end of the month!
DAILY/SESSION TOTALS:
W/O Miles: 10.25, 26.00, 21.41, 0, 19.33, 0, 21.70
W/O Time: 1.10, 2:10, 1:45, :45, 2:00; 1:32, 2:40
Ped./Comm. Miles: 3.4
Ped./Comm. Time: :47 (really fast this week--it was cold!)
DETAILS
Running/Walking/RW: Treadmill and pavement.
XT activities: Circuit and strength training (incl. free weights, circuit training, core work, and flexibility exercises), elliptical trainer, and stationary bicycling. No yoga or rowing this week.
Pedestrian/Commuter Miles are walking with a purpose to/from neighborhood destinations (between 15:00-17:00 mm in regular conditions); they do not include walking inside a destination or between destinations within a neighborhood (i.e. this is just commute time). I also count pedestrian strolls with my partner, although there was none of that this week.
GRAND TOTAL
TOTAL MILES: 102.09 miles (11.03 miles of R, W, or RW for those who care)
TOTAL TIME: 12:49 (or 12.82)
Btw, CONGRATULATIONS to both Christa for meeting her running goal

and Corrina for making a PB in terms of weekly & monthly mileage

!!
