Not on this flight unfortunately but flew sunshine first in July.
There's a seperate check in for SF so it was very quick and easy - we were also fast tracked through passports at Gatwick. SF, upper and premium board first and in SF there is champagne and orange juice you can help yourselves to situated in the nose of the plane! There are also papers and magazines for you to choose. Whilst you wait for the rest of the plane to board you are handed a menu to choose your meal from.
The seats are great - load of space - only 22 seats. 2 x 2 for five rows in the nose of the plane and the final 2 at the back of SF with 5 rows of legroom! There is lots of space in the aisle too so you can get up and walk around with no problem. Everyone gets a personal entertainment centre (like a mini laptop) with several films, sitcoms and music - only complaint here was the headphones weren't that great so the sound quality wasn't the best but still OK. I suppose the only disappointment was that you have to share the loos with the rest of the plane but it was a minor inconvenience really.
At Sanford you are first off the plane and luggage came off first too. By splitting up (hubby for car and me for villa) we had left the airport within half an hour of landing.
Very similar service on the way back except not fast tracked through passports and luggage did not come off first (there was a problem at Gatwick that day when five transatlantic flights landed at once and it took us over 2 hours to get out of the airport!)
I wouldn't hestitate to go SF again - the plane was old and the decor a bit tired in places but it was worth every extra penny we paid. Hope you have a great trip!!
