TCD and Tickets

I can't remember how far in advance TCD send out the tickets, I know it's a while before I go, but am away for a week between now and then and I worry about things like this.

According to an answer on their forum, 2 to 3 weeks before departure.

Our friends have just returned and purchased all their tickets through TCD. They received all their vouchers before they went apart from their discovery cove tickets. They were told to take their order confirmation to the office on I Drive to collect the tickets when they got there. Their booking was on TCD computer but they had 'forgot to book them in with Discovery cove'. All in all they had had their money for months and no dolphin swim, 2 very upset children!!!!!!

Mmm... We weren't booked into our hotel last sept thru TCD, luckily the Clarion Universal had a very nice man on the desk that night and he told us not to worry as he would sort it. It was 11.30 pm as we'd been delayed at Manchester due to TCD pinching our cabin crew for a flight to Paphos, and the week before the labour day weekend, and our first time in florida, so very scary indeed!

Of course TCD reply to my letter was that we WERE booked in and the man must have been mistaken. Makes you wonder doesn't it........??

I phoned TCD last night and was told they are send out the filght tickets 10 days in advance and the 26th went out last night...so ours should go out tomorrow for Fri/Sat arrival.
