Love the Boot Ticker! You know, your comment about dragging the boot behind you like a hunchback made me think that the boot is almost bigger than you are!
Sometimes it does feel bigger than me!

(and I'm not a small person!)
Where can you see Wishes from CR?
You can see them from the Cali Grille (but, you gotta eat there too)...and I would imagine from the front of the hotel, but that might be about it. Their beach isn't facing the Castle....
1. I'm so Glad Henry's feeling better! I hope the rest of his spots and blisters go away soon

:
2. I love your hair!! I always had chin-length hair growing up and I wish I had the courage to chop it all off again. I always thought short hair looked really cool and indie
3. I hope your foot feels better soon. My brother has avascular necrosis in his toe (where the blood supply to the toe is cut off from a tiny cyst or fracture) and was in a lot of pain for a while. He was in that boot for two months, and I can't even imagine having to chase a toddler around in it. That thing was a clunky pain in the you-know-what. He was afraid he'd have to go to Florida with it but luckily things are getting better and he was finally able to stop wearing it two weeks ago. I hope you're done with it soon!
4. The plans look great! Have you ever watched the fireworks from the Poly beach before? I know I probably sound like a broken record about this now, but you have to do it! We watched them in 2007 and now have to on every trip... sitting on a hammock or lounge chair in the middle of that tropical beach, away from the crowds, with the breeze softly swaying the palm trees and the castle changing colors in the distance... it's some
serious magic! If you have a chance, watch those fireworks!
1. Thank you! All of the blisters have gone away and just darker spots remain. I hope those go away soon too!
2. And thank you on the hair! It was a bit of a leap, I haven't had pixie short hair since the 5th grade! But each day I like it more!
3. That is awful about your brother! TWO MONTHS!

The poor guy! Ugh. I am very happy to read he won't have to wear it in FL. I hope the same for me!!!!!!
4. I haven't seen Wishes from the Poly beach-I read SO many good things about it! I have really wanted to fit this in on every trip and so far it hasn't worked out. The plan for NYE is to watch them from the Poly beach too!
Your hair is adorable Brook! I'm sorry about the boot. What a pain. Cute idea about the ticker though.
I'm interested in where you choose to eat besides Sci Fi while you're in DHS. We're aiming for Sci Fi for lunch but none of the CS options jump out at me for dinner. Can't wait to hear where you ate and what you thought.
We ate at Studio Catering Company for a quick meal in January, we had the the baked chicken/rice/beans meal and it was really good! I would get that again without question. Backlot Express seems to get a lot of good reviews. We'll eat at one of those places for dinner if we are still in the park...I'll be sure to post a good review of whichever we end up at!
I just realized that we will miss you by less than 2 weeks-we leave August 24th...(leave WDW)...
I love that Henry is your alarm clock-how's that working out...
I wish I'd have thought of CP-we haven't done that before-you'll have a fabulous time...Henry will love the Pooh Character-DH would love the Pooh characters..(I'm also smarting that I forgot to remember 1900 Park Fare-but since this trip was kind of "spontaneous"-I didn't...
I'm curious about the Halloween fireworks-I really want to do the Halloween party sometime...
Your boot ticker is very clever...
and here's me putting in a shameless plug for my pre-trippie...

...come visit when you have a chance...
I am missing SO many people just just a bit of time!

Hopefully our paths will cross another time so we can meet up!
Henry is a REALLY good sleeper, so he usually wakes up at home around 7:15 or so - in WDW since we are all more exhausted, it's more like 7:30, 7:45 (at least that is what it has been the past 2 trips) - so those are our sleeping in days.

The more I think about it, the more I realize we shouldn't have ANY problem making RD at 9:00 each day. Unless we purposely take it really slow...which we tend to do!
I am really looking forward to CP! Henry often bounces when he sees Tigger, so I hope he does at CP, it would be so cute!
Thank you for the plug on your PTR! I don't always notice peoples siggys! I opened it up...I will probably have some time to read tonight, I'm about to head out to work now.
Finally catching up....
Awesome pictures of the rock formations...we really need to take a weekend trip up there as it has been a million years since I was last at the Dells.
and

for Disney math...DH uses it to try and convince me to fly...flying gives more time!
The boot ticker shocked me when I saw it, glad I finally saw the explaination of it...so sorry about the foot and the boot, but hopefully you'll be all better well before the trip
Loved the plans and can't wait to hear more!
It had been a REALLY long time since I was at the Dells too-it has changed a ton! It's a fun trip - and close and easy!!
Lovin the boot ticker. Plan 1.2 looks great! Make sure and take LOTS of pics-I am having withdrawls.
Oh yes, LOTS AND LOTS of pics will be taken. In November and January we took over 2,000 and that was after the bad ones had been deleted. We are picture FIENDS.
I saw your boot ticker on some other threads and was wondering what was going on. I hope it heals up with no problems.
Yay for Henry. I'm so glad to hear the blisters are going away.
Your hair is cute. I'll bet it is a lot easier to take care of now - cooler too.
Your plans look good to me. You still have a lot of flexibility.
Can you believe that the summer is almost gone? Our trips will be here before you know it!
Thank you! I hope I can pitch the boot before the trip! So far it has been 6 days and I'm in the same spot where I started...sigh.
I really cannot believe we only have about 2 months left of warm weather in Minnesota.

It has flown by and has yet to get really warm.

I am dreading the cold weather....
