Target toys 75% off today!

I stumbled across the 75% off toy sale at my Target today. I got some great stuff, but I can't imagine there would be much left for long.

Some of the shoppers seemed like professionals and were very chatty with a few employees so I got the impression they were given the head's up early. There were a few in particular who came as a pair and one would stand with the carts (yes, carts plural) while the other one pulled stuff from the shelf.

Anyway, they had great deals and it was lots of fun. I put up several items for Easter and bday presents. Including aPrincess vanity marked from 59.99 to 14.99. Many items under $5. I'll have to find my receipt and post the deals.

Were the "good deal" toys or whatever they are called in the blue boxes marked down to 75% as well?

I've been watching for some of the trucks for my DS3. Thanks!!

They also had several Little Einstein toys and the Backyardigans circus, Barbies, etc. The Barbie laptop was 9.99 (paid $40 for that last year). HSM Mystery Date game and lots of others. The Fisher-Price Star Station was $10. Aurora crown for $1.50, shoes for 2.47. That's about all I can remember.

Yes, lots of the toys in the blue boxes were marked down. Can't remember the brand, but I think they are only at Target (Kool Toyz or something like that).

By the way, I went to two stores in Austin, TX. One had 75% off signs up. The other still had the 30% signs, but the employees were quickly re-labeling the merchandise to reflect the 75%.

Our stores seemed to be the last to go 75% on Christmas merchandise, so it's funny the toys were marked down before others.

Hmmm...I need to go to Target today anyway. DS would be thrilled if we could pick up a toy while we're there (like he didn't get enough for Christmas!), but at 75% off, how can I resisit?

I was just at Target earlier and the toys were 30% off. I saw a few scattered here and there that were 50%, but none of them were 75% off.

75% off in Tampa by USF. I cleaned up! Lots of National Geographic toys, got 3 metal detectors for $3 and some change!
