Target Toy Clearance

I was going to post on the same thing. My Dh went last night and found some stuff 30% off. I'm looking for at least 50%.

So far the only things around here that are 50% off are Kung Zhus.

Most of ours is still at 30%. The Kung Zhus are 50% on the pets and on one play set it was 60% off.

I saw some at 50% yesterday, I just wish they'd consolidate the clearance toys. Right now, they are still spread out in each aisle in our store.

I agree! There is one aisle with a bunch of 30% off but then there are just those little red clearance signs over the price tags in the other aisles. Waiting for 75% off though!! :thumbsup2

Our Target- some toys went to 50% off Thursday some stayed 30% off, Wednesday- Patio went to 75% off. Hit Kmart Friday nite it was 50% additional off clearance toys. Picked up mostly legos, I thought pretty good deal there.

What kind of patio stuff? Just the sets or the individual items?

Our patio stuff was 75% two weeks ago, they have the school stuff out already!:sad1:

I was just in Target today and they are putting up those cardboard bins to do crayons and folders and stuff. Didn't we just get OUT of school? I wanted to :sad1:, myself. So not ready to go back!

I didn't see any super deep discounts on toys, with the exception of Kung Zhu's that were down to $2.50. We don't need more electric hamsters, though, so I skipped them. I briefly considered getting a few for presents, but I know the mothers of my kid's friends pretty well. I feel sure they'd string me up and beat me if I sent that home *sigh* So cute, but so pointless ;)

Legos weren't much of a bargain either. A couple of Harry Potter small sets were a few dollars off. I live too far away to check back daily, so I'd just have to luck into a deeper discount.

Thanks for posting this!

Boo to school stuff being out. Not ready to even think about school starting.

I got some good stuff at my Target last night. Harry Potter Legos for 30% off, SuperSoaker and other water guns for 30 and 50% off, and a Bakugan for 50% off. Those King Zhus were everywhere for 75% off!

AND, I found adorable Phineas ad Ferb stuff in the dollar spot -- bonus!

My son used his birthday money to buy the entire (almost) Kung Zhu collection. Between toys r us outlet & Target clearance sales, my sons have 5 hamsters, 3 sets of battle armor, the arena and 11 training sets for a whopping total of $50. They would have easily cost $200 last year - score! They are only missing 3 hamsters, 5 training sets and 5 battle armor, but I think we are happy with what they got - and the price!

Was at Target last night. Kung Zhus were $1.25 each, and the tracks were $1.25 and $2.50 each. At those prices I was so tempted to buy some, but I don't have anyone to give them to so I passed. Now I'm thinking I should've picked up a few sets for Toys For Tots. :headache:

No furniture sets left, that were on clearance. Single wire chairs were available. Cabanas were marked down $175. White rocking chairs were $25ish. Wicker stuff was 75% off too. The big umbella I think went to 75% off but I missed it. Flower pots and gardening tools were 75% off. And some folding chaise, like sling material were $18 had red left, prior blue was offered. Can't think of anything else.

Our Target was still 30% off today. Even our Kung thingys were still $2.50. It looks like I missed the 75% off patio sale - there was a sign and tons of empty shelves. I saw three chairs in boxes left - the sling glider chairs. There is still lots of patio stuff out that is not on sale though. I went to look at pool floats and they weren't marked - I should have checked!

I also went to K-Mart for the 50% off sale but missed it by a day. They had some good deals today though - a shelf with $1.99 toys and a few shelves of $3.99 toys. As I was standing looking the lady working there said, "Yes, you are reading that right - these are all $1.99 or $3.99" Then we continued to talk about the sale for a bit. She said it was all the stuff that had been on sale for a long time and they just wanted to get rid of it. I only bought a few things because not much matched my kids ages.

I got two erector sets, a Harimuka set and a Spin Uno game all $3.99 each. They also had a few of those Chuck and friends truck sets, Monopoly City, some littler 2 year old type toys. one great deal I saw was a big Tonka type truck made my matchbox I think. It was more for a 3-5 year old I think - it loved on its own and could talk, saying things like, "You're my best friend." It was originally $60 marked to $9.99.

So what are you all thinking? Does it look like this Thusday July 21st or next Thursday July 28th will be the 75% off sale on toys.

Ours were still at 30% yesterday. They are moving everything to two aisles though and that is hopefully a good sign that prices are coming down soon. Last year I bought almost all of my Christmas gifts during this sale and I'd love to do that again!

Not toys, but our summer stuff went to 75% off today. It included things like re-usable water bottles, summer theme trays, tableware & tablecloths, squirt guns & bouncy balls, ice cream makers, etc.
