Target Savings Thread

Yesterday I got :

Oster Blender originally 60 something for 15.62
Hamilton Beach Icey treat maker for 7.48 (got 2..1 for DS25)
Rival Waffle Cone Maker for 6.48
Blue plastic bowls (big ones heavy plastic) 3.24 each. They have them in lots of other colors for full price :confused3.

I love 75% off :woohoo:.

A saw a bunch of these on my Target shelves... they looked like some of them were shelf/display models. They were loose out of the box and not "brand new" looking.

Two of my boxes were beat up, but everything was in there, adn since it was for me..I was ok with that.

We used the icey treat maker today..kids were THRILLED!! :goodvibes

Target has a good deal this week on Kellogg's cereal. The cereal is 2.99 and if you buy 3 you get 1 free. There are Target store coupons for 1$ off per box and by stacking those with manufacturer's coupons I was able to get 4 boxes for 3$. I read in some parts of the country the cereal is even cheaper at 2.66 or 2.33 a box.

Sounds great, thanks! :goodvibes
Anyone know where to find manufacturer's coupons? I don't remember seeing any lately?:confused3

Any Halloween deals yet?

I went yesterday and it was already marked down 50%. Was able to stock the freezer with the bite size candy bars (in the summer make great frozen treats :thumbsup2 YUM). I also got a few of the toys and put them away.

I was just in Target to get Wii games for Christmas - buy 2 get 1 free.

Also, the $1 aisles had the cutest Vintage Mickey Mouse items, pens, notepads, magnet fridge pads, dry erase boards, stickers & books. I got lots to put up for inexpensive Christmas gifts.

I went to mine today and got a 12 pack of cute little 20piece disney puzzles to use in our scrapbook from our recent trip. They were 2.49 and have a Tigger & Pooh, Cinderella, Tink, and the "gang" all decked out for Halloween.

Our Halloween section was pretty much destroyed not very much left.

Did any of you happen to pick up a Shutterfly offer for 12 free 5x7 stationery cards at Target? I saw bunches of them when I was in Target last week, but didn't grab one and the cashier I saw today didnt know what I was talking about. Does anyone happen to have a code that they wont be using? I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

There are coupon booklets on the endcaps of the toy isles with tons of coupons for all kinds of toys.

Tonight I picked up Leapfrog's My pal Violet. Regular price $19.99. Marked down to $14.99. Coupon in the booklet for $5 off.

I hit the 75% off section twice and got a shirt for DD for when she is older, CORPSE BRIDE DVD ($5), a pair of Halloween Hot Wheels that change color when you put ice water inside them(!) (keeping for DS for a surprise next year), and LOADS AND LOADS of the puzzle, crayon, and sticker packs! Total: $39 in two trips and I am probably set for several years of giveaways! Woohoo!

Bummed out that they no longer had the Halloween advent calendar or the Halloween play-doh packs, but ah well...

Since it's going down to 90% off I may just have to hit the local Target tomorrow (I got the other stuff at the one near my office). LOL.

I got a bunch of Disney and Transformer erasers, tattoos, crayon packs as well as the assorted Disney card games. Some of these I will use for DS's b-day goody bags, others I will save for Halloween next year. All were 75%.

Oh I also got some of the small Lego sets, about 6 of them (in the Haloween section) for 0.74!!! I snatched up all they had for stocking stuffers for the boys.

you all are so lucky to have so much in your clearance section. For some reason people in my area stock up when it's 30% off so there is not much that makes it to the 75%, which is really sad because if people would just hold off we could all get things for much cheaper. Our Halloween stuff was 50% off and our Target was wiped out!!!

I was so excited yesterday when I found a Black Hoodie in the Clearance. It was apparently from the Halloween Clothing and I got it for $1.49!! DD thinks its so cute because it has ears in the Hood :)

Must give credit to DH for this deal....
DH took the boys to the electronics section for a distraction, while Santa (ahem) cruised the toy dept. for a couple of sale + coupons deals (Nerf guns).
As I met them after stowing the goodies in the car, he shows me a stack of Wii Guitar Hero drum sets on the clearance end cap at $69 (30% less than Best Buy's same price last week!) DH was ready to throw one in the buggy once he confirmed with the store that they were not returns, but discounted to make room for the new Band Hero sets. After convincing him to be patient, Santa ;) made another purchase while I distracted the boys in the books / movies' area.

DS10 remarked as we were leaving...."You mean we came here just to check prices??" "Umm...yes. Too bad they didn't have what we needed!" :confused3 :rotfl:

Ditto...there was nothing by the end of the week when it was 50%. I never saw the lego sets or Halloween calendars even when stuff was full price!

I stopped in after I went to lunch with some friends yesterday and they had halloween stuff at 90% off and had quite a bit left (different Target than the one I normally go to).

I got:

A medium sized light up pumpkin with a jack o lantern face
a small battery operated one
a fabric sign with a witch, cat and pumpkin on it
4 placemats
2 bags of kid mix candy
1 bag of candy corn
4 pack of medium paper plates
2 packs of small paper plates

All for under $15 and the best part was I had a giftcard from when I purchased my iPod in August I forgot I had and used that so I spent no money out of pocket.
