Target Savings Thread

I tried to use the game and was told ny cashier and the manager that it had to be for one of the games listed....no big deal for me, I didn't really care. My Target has also started limiting the "printed" coupons to two! I forgot to ask if it was two same or different. The Walmart here will not even take one printed coupon!

Although I wasn't able to get the really cool shelf that was posted earlier, I was able to get the one that has 9 cubicles for $30 and the fabric bins were $5. I had gotten the Princess bin a few months ago for $4.88 and the Cars bin was now on sale for $9 so, if I can just get that Princess comforter, I will be so set!!
We decided that we would get the little ones twin-size beds and redo their room as one of their Christmas presents. I think they will be excited. I would love someone to paint my room and get me new bedding! (hint hint DH!)

The other deal I am looking at is the Alli. I have been thinking about trying it and there was a coupon in Smart Source this summer for $15 off that expires this week. And Target has them on sale for $49 and includes a $10 GC. So, maybe it's worth it?

Oh, and I found the larger bottles of Purell in clearance for $1.41 and I still had 2 coupons for $1 off so I got 2 that I'm giving to my DS9 teacher for the classroom.

One more thing... I have used the $1 off coupons for Tide, All, and Hefty bags that are in the travel section, which makes them free! But my target has all 3 of those in clearance for 80 cents. Just FYI.

There is a coupon on coupons.com for $1/2 Right Bite snack packs. Target has these listed in their ad this week for $1.50/ box. Using the coupon, you could get 2 boxes for $2.

We'll be heading to Target on Thursday to go over toddler's clothes, leftover back-to-school items, and peruse any Christmas things that might be out early for some inspiration. Last night I made an unplanned stop at Target and I got some great deals, but also spent $100 that I didn't plan on.

I found some great summer clothes and shoes 75% off. They were anywhere from .98 to $3.98. What I liked was that they are adjustable waist band (a must for my kids). There were also packs of hanes socks for $2.50 and a $.50 coupon on the front.

I also found both of my boys new comforter sets (college 09 collection) for their bed rooms. They were only $17.98 but the best part was not only did they get sheets, pillow cases, and comforter, the set also included a new pillow, laundry bag, and towels!!

I did find dd pincess sheet set for $7.98 now I just need to find comforter.

I got free tide, and a few other things that were cheap with target coupon mailer (post it notes & crayola water colors).

I am going to a different target today to see if I can find the comforter for dd. I then must stay out of Target until the after Halloween Sale. I love getting halloween stuff for 90% off.

I have been searching high & low for the comforter too! There is a store about an hour from me that has it but it is still regular price. And online is reg. price too! $39.09.
I was told that each Target is told by Corp. when to clearance their items that are not big sellers. And if it is still selling at another Target, they will not clearance it there. I was wondering why one Target is 90% and another is full price...

I am on a mission to find this Princess comforter cheap!!

There's a $1 off Chex mix on the Target coupon generator and a $.50 manufacturers coupon at coupons.com. So that makes one bag of Chex mix $.49

There's a $1 off 2 bags of M&M Halloween candy on the Target coupon generator and a $1 off 2 bags coupon in this past Sunday's newspaper. Halloween M&Ms are on sale this week $6 a bag (50 mini M&M bags inside). So 2 bags (100 mini bags total) will cost $8.

Thanks! I did not know about the manufacturer coupon. You can also use the $1 Target coupon to get the $1 bags by the registers for free!

Also, if anyone has contacts you can use the $2/1 Renu fresh comfort lens solution coupon on the Renu website to get the trial size for free and possible overage. (I usually get 50 cents towards my other purchases!)

Also, if you get the paper and have a cat - Fancy Feast appetizers have a B1G1 Target coupon you can stack with the newspaper coupon for two free appetizers. Some cans of Fancy Feast also have a B1G1 peelie which you can use on this deal as well. Check all flavors.

So I trekked out to 2 targets today. No worthwhile school supplies clearanced (unless you want the packs of book covers that look like paper bags-had hundreds of those). The cars comforter was $30 at both of them and none of the bedding like it was clearanced. The only clearanced bedding was some Camp Rock sheets. Should I risk going to another Target to check or not? I have hit 3 of the 5 that are within an hour of my house (the closest is 1/2 hour away). What to do, what to do?

I went to 2 targets today and struck out on cars and princesses. I did get the college 09 comforter the full/queen for 14.98 each. I bought 3 of them. They are hot pink, white and blue. Very cute for my girls. I saw the princess and cars stuff but none of it was marked down. I was in Mckinney and Allen Texas. Where is your location. I would not go anywhere else... I figure they are not marked down around here.. anywhere! By the way the closest Target to me is also 30 minutes.
