Furniture Bargain at Target today. I found several items in the Circo/Do Your Room collection marked 75% off.

I bought a medium bookshelf reg. $120 for $30 and the bins to go in it for $6.24.

so DH and I are on the broke side for xmas. I run a daycare and these games REALLY and truly helped out. I got all my daycare kids taken care of, my SDs siblings on her moms side, and some for my kids. I went to a few different targets so I didnt look crazy but I really needed them. In all I got hungry hippo, checkers, perfection, and war ship. Is there any other games out there? I would mind doing some more tomorrow to donate as I dont really need any ...

There is a new $5 Target back to school coupon that is good on Cranium, Taboo, Things and something else. Cranium Cadoo was on clearance for $10.50 so I got it for my DD for X-Mas.

Where can I find the Back to School Target Coupon?

I just got the best deal at Target!! A few weeks ago I was looking for a new comforter set for my daughter. The one Target had that is similar to the one she has now (in twin size, but need queen now) was $80 for the 4 pc set. Comforter, 2 pillow shams and a bedskirt.

Anyway.. they are remodeling my Target so I was wandering all around and found all the College 09 bedding on clearance. The comforter set I wanted was marked $44.99. I turned it over and found a second red tag that said...

$22.49!

I took it to the scanner and sure enough, it rang up at $22. I still can't believe it.. I am so glad I didn't buy it for $80 2 weeks ago!

Found in my dollar deals section:

Lots of Disney socks for $1/pr. Lots of princesses & Cars characters in sizes 4-6 and 6-8. Also saw some Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Pooh & Friends ones in size infant and 2-4. There weren't many Mickey Mouse Clubhouse ones left where I went, so there may have been some of those in 4-6 and 6-8 before and they were just gone when I got there.

Also saw some deals in the College 09 section, but couldn't look too closely as we were on a schedule this evening.

OK, so I ran to my Target last night to check out the deals....

I got DS3 a Cars sheet set for $7.44 and the matching comforter for $9.88.

For DD3, the Princess sheet set for $7.44 but no comforter... So I was told to check online an find a store with availability, then go back to my store and they will request a store swap?? I will believe it when it all goes through.... but until then..

One tiny point... they are full size, but that's OK. I can sew a bit of elastic on the fitted sheet to make it a twin and the full comes with 2 pillowcases, so that's a plus... and a full comforter for under $10 is awesome!

I was in 1 Target yesterday and found a chair slipcover org 49.99 for 12.50!!!! WE have a chair that REALLY needs a slipcover as 2 children and 2 dogs have ruined it. It came in a light brown color....not my 1st pick, but for $12.50 I'll make do!

Then today I was in another Target and found a couch slipcover for 24.99, org 99.99!!!!!! We have a couch we are getting rid of (again, the kids and dogs) and already have a couch to replace it (got it for $50 from a coworker), but it is a dark blue, which won't match the slipcover of the chair. The new slipcover is a maroon, which will match the brown better! I figure I'll put the slipcover on the couch and when the kids and dogs ruin it, I at least have the couch under it!


I also got a bed in a bag set 50% off to replace my current bed set! Oh, if DH saw what I had hiding in my car he would flip!

I'm jealous! Went to Target tonight, college stuff was only 30% off, the shelving unit someone else mention doesn't even exist at my Target, and there were no school supplies clearanced anywhere in the store. I wish i had found the Cars comforter, DS4 wantss his room done in cars and we already have some stuff, but he is using DD11's Blue's Clues comforter from when she was 4 . (What can I say, he found it when we moved and that is what he wanted. )

My Target has never questioned any coupon I've given them. I have always tried to read the coupon carefully and use it as it's intended to be used. I have been questioned at other stores, though, and I WAS purchasing the item as pictured on the coupon.

However I think what the PP is talking about are cashiers that ONLY look at the picture on the coupon and don't read it. Or cashiers that notice there is an overage and question that.

OUCH!!! Sorry, I didn't mean to start a coupon ethics debate. I was just curious if it was only the games pictured or if all Hasboro games were included. I didn't read the post as trying to cheat the system...

I printed out the Hasbro coupon. There are no games actually pictured on the coupon only the Hasbro trademark. Listed on the coupon it says it is good on: Cranium, Taboo, Things (I have no idea what that is), Electronic Catch Phrase, or Funglis. It does not specifiy a size or minimum price. HTH clear up some of the confusion.
