Target Cartwheel Question...

I'm wondering if there is a way to sign up to use Target Cartwheel without letting it access your facebook information? I've tried to sign up to use it twice now and won't let me go further than requesting that I link in my facebook information. I'd like to use the service but don't really want all the offers I redeem to show up as a status on my facebook. I don't think the world needs to know everytime I use a coupon for toilet paper

Does anyone know if there's any other way to sign up to use Cartwheel?

You must go through Facebook. When it asks for your permissions for posting and such you can set it to you only with the drop down. There are pictures of like 2 heads and then a drop down arrow. Click it and look for one with a lock

That is exactly what I did, and do with a lot of apps.. not sure why it insists on linking but whatever.

I'm like you, I don't want all the ads and recommendations from linking with facebook on getting coupons and such. So I've made up another email address and use that to sign into facebook to get all my coupons and cartwheel offers. Target doesn't check to make sure I'm "Shirley" when I use the cartwheel coupons.
