My 19 year old son is 6 foot 7 ( I think!- 203 cms). Will he be able to do the rides at both the above theme parks? I can't find anywhere that says there are height restrictions for being too tall. I know that in Australia he can ride certain rides as the harnesses ( metal) can't accommodate his long upper body and/or his long legs. Please any input is appreciated as am purchasing tickets in the next fortnight for our visit in January.

This article points out that some people have different challenges fitting on the rides, depending on how the size/weight is distributed. It shows pictures of the "test" seats where guests can "try on" a seat before getting into line.

DH is quite tall through the torso but handles the rides at WDW just fine. There's only one ride he hasn't been able to do at Disneyland, but that ride is no longer there.

Dh is 6'7" and he rides just about everything a Disney. The only ride he has a problem with is space mountain. He is all leg.

I'm 6'4" and space mountain is ok for me but only if I don't sit in the first seat. The other 2 seats you can put your legs under the seat in front of you and I fit fine. Every other ride has been no problem being in any seat.

Universal I've only been to once and it was a very short afternoon with a ton of rain, I tried a couple test chairs and didn't get to ride a single ride. 95% of what they offer I didn't even attempt because it was shutdown from rain so I would go by information others are providing. I'm curious myself because it's the reason I never returned again.

You might also want to post this question on the Theme Parks board, rather than here on the Transportation board.

Although I'm far from tall, I have read that fitting into the Sum of All Thrills at Epcot is very difficult for very tall guests.

Thankyou for all your feedback! and being a newbie I didn't realise I was in transportation- shall post in theme parks as suggested by mini mum. Thanks guys!
