talking garbage can?

The first year we went to WDW as a family (1996), we were in MK...tomorrowland to more exact and a trach can began following my DD 3 at the time around and talking to her. It was so cute. We have looked for this each time since and no luck. Anyone know if they still do this 10 years later?

I was there this past Dec and "Crush", the talking, walking trash can found my DD4. She had quite the conversation with him.

It is funny, after going to WDW almost every year for the past 28 years, this was the first time I saw crush. So, as far as I know, yes, he is still out there.

I was there in January and it sang "Happy Birthday" to me. It's usually in Tomorrowland outside the gift shops by the bathroom.

His name is "Push" and he appears in Tomorrowland.

The talking trash can that I have seen in tommorrowland is named "PUSH". (The name that is normally on the trash cans lid). We see him each and every trip. For the longest time I could never figure out how he knew what people were wearing and doing, I looked around and didn't see anyone. Then last year someone posted a picture of the guy that talks for PUSH and now I see him every time, kinda took away from the magic.

It's still there. My oldest DS (4 at the time) got a huge kick out of him last Oct.
I was in the bathroom at the time so only DH and the boys got to see him, but apparently he was absolutely hilarious because I'm still hearing about him.

There is also two other's around WDW. One is called PIPA and you can find him in AK and Wes Palm (a talking Palm tree) also at AK. Here are the most current show times for all three.

Wes Palm:8:30, 9:10, 9:50, 10:30 & 11:10am-AK
Pipa: 12:20, 1:10, 2:00, 2:50 & 3:40pm -AK
Push: Sunday-Thursday at 10:00, 10:50 & 11:40am, 12:40, 1:30, 2:30 & 3:30pm -MK

We were just there May 19-25 and caught Push twice. Once there was a cute little girl dancing with Push. It was adorable.

We saw Push outside of Cosmic Rays this May. He was so funny. We were enjoying watching him and then he rolled up to me and said something about Hey Lady you have green feet.

I had on my Lime Green Crocs and he picked up on them right away. It was fun!

Yup we ran into him right near Indy Car race track at MK. My boys really got a kick out of him!!

When we were there in October we watched him in Tomorrowland for more than a half hour. The guy working him was right behind us and it was so hard not to turn around and stare at him.

This past May we saw another one in AK over at Rafiki's Planet Watch too.

They are so funny to watch and the kids faces are priceless.
