Here's the facts;
1) Already purchased SWA tickets.
2) Great Ding came in.
3) 99% sure I won't be able to use credit in next 12 months (about $200 credit).
Is there a way to "Change your Intinery" using a Ding, or do you have to cancel and re-book?
If I cancel and re-book, and not change my flight times, will I be able to get a refund later from customer service.
I know this comes up weekly, but inquiring minds neeed to know.
