Taking a taxi to the MK?

If you take a taxi to the MK, where does it drop you off? At the TTC or actually at the MK?

TTC. Then you can either take the monorail or the ferry over to MK. MK is the one park it makes the most sense to take the WDW buses to, since they drop you right off at the entrance area.

We took a taxi to MK for an early Cindy Breakfast from the Dolphin - we missed the 7 am breakfast bus....

we were dropped off at the Mk parking lot entrace and had to walk across the whole parking lot.

Do the MK early bus if you can

Are you trying to get to an early morning ADR? If so, and you are staying on property, there are early morning busses that start before 6:30 to take you to the MK area.

If you are staying offsite and have an early morning ADR, take a taxi to the CR. Then walk to the MK.

Actually, I was trying to figure out the quickest way to get back to the MK for evening EMH after the Cirque performance. I thought we might just take a taxi, if they dropped off at the MK entrance. We always take the bus from the resort (for reasons stated above), but I was hoping to find a fast way there from Downtown Disney (at 10:30pm). It doesn't sound like a taxi is a good option, though, as we'd be dropped at the TTC.

If you take a taxi to the CR its a very quick and IMHO nice walk to the MK.

Yep. That's probably what we'll end up doing. Any idea how much a taxi would cost between DD and the Contemporary?

I called yellow cab on Sat. 3.50 1st mile then 2.00 ea. after.
