He loves to play hide and seek in the garden.

I kept looking at it and looking at it, and I couldn't figure out what it was he reminded me of. The best I could come up with was the letter "i"!

Looks as if its owner liked this smiley so much they had their dog groomed to look that way

We have 2 Bichons. One is a rescue and she's never had a good coat but our little guy can look pretty poofy after a trip to the groomers. It is really hard to maintain a real Bichon cut / look like you see in the pictures. Our guy loves to play in water & mud so usually looks good for a few hours.
