TAGLIARCHY Summer Escape!

I am sooooooooo freaked out. Went by the house with the great neighborhood, nosed around. We will go see it on Sat. :)

Anywho, the lady inside saw me nosing around. Do ya think she invited me in? Noooooooooooooo. Grrrrrr. I would have been happy to oblige. :p

GREAT neighborhood. Close to where we are now, which we love this side of town/city....whatever.

Price is high, looks small....but you just never know until you go inside. We would offer about 20k less than what they are asking. Don't know if we would be laughed at or not, but we'd try it.

It's on a dry, fairly level, unbuildable retention pond with an access road far behind. It's HUGE!!!! This means there would be plenty of place to play. :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Okay, how can you be out of shape when you are at track everyday?!?!?! Isn't "track" a running club? Or do you just "track" the boys.

:rotfl: Now that's my kind of track. :teeth:

How long has it been on the market?
Are they in a hurry to sell?
Are you taking an agent in with you when you look at it? Don't forget, the listing agent is just going to look after her client's best interest--not your's.

(Do a sound like a mother?)

Homes are over priced right now, BUT interests are really low!

Hey! No one said anything about my new signature pic!

How do you like it? Aren't they the most kissable things? :lovestruc

I just love them to pieces--when they are clean. :cloud9:

And isn't my desk ugly?

Bichon Barb that's part of the problem.....overpriced. You can just NEVER win.

We decided quickly because of the dumb neighbors and small yard. Plus, all the photos and YES I have yard envy.

Let's face it, I am not gettin' any younger either. Plus, I've been on my job 7yrs so better now than in a few months with a new job.

We are selling and buying with the same agent, unless we build.

I am scared we'll sell ours and have NOTHING. :(

Lewski709 That is sooo exciting! I just love looking at houses and the one you're talking about sounds great...can't wait to hear how it looks on the inside :teeth: BTW, I hope your injured hand is feeling better!

Bichon Barb Love the new pic of Beanie and Otto...what a pair of cutie pies :p

I have track twice a week and then a meet on Thursday...but they don't enforce any actual running. Basically we run a couple hundreds, and then I have grass fights and 'long jump' with matt and shawn :teeth:

But starting monday I'm getting serious. My coach is gunna help me run some 400 and 800 workouts. That'll be good. And then tonight I'm making up my running schedule so I stick to running 5 times a week. :teeth: I'm getting serious this year, for cross country. I'm going to keep running between seasons, and all through basketball...if Willis doesn't turn mean and make us run a lot!!! :teeth:

Good luck with the house LEW!!! :teeth: :wave2: Hey to the both of you, by the way!!

And I noticed the picture but never commented -- very cute!!!! ::yes:: :teeth:

The dogs look cozy on top of your desk. Nice pink bow.
Your desk looks like a desk. ;)

Puuuulllleeeeeze!

;) ;) ;)

LoL, I am!!! I probably couldn't run 5 sprints now!!!:teeth: I havent' ran since basketball camp!!!:earseek: :teeth:

There may be some type of contingency you can do.

Don't worry LEWSKI, it will all work out. Believe me, when we moved from our house in the city (which we paid $75,000) and into this house which was more than twice that, I was scared to death. But we put a good down payment on it, and we are definitely not mortgage poor (always my biggest fear)--even with our ridiculous property taxes. When we bought, we got a rate of 8 percent. We refinanced a year or two ago at 6 percent. Instead of a lower monthly mortgage, we went from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year. That is how much of a difference two percentage points makes. ::yes:: Now is a good time to buy in that regard.

I mean, doesn't everyone let their dogs sit on their desks? They are great for lowering blood pressure. I'm getting all verklempft just thinking about them. Speak amongst yourselves....

Here's another....what dya think? MLS 192841

cadburysmom it's bruised and tender but working fine. Thanks.

Alright kids. I'm outta here. I talked Hunter into taking a bath instead of shower, and I'm gonna go in there and wash his hair for him. It hasn't been looking so good lately. I think he's been doing a half fanny job. LOL. I'm probably going to get yelled at when I walk in there, but too bad. I'm his mom, and I've seen it all before. :teeth:

Then I'm going to make some popcorn and see what's on the tube.

G'night!

I took a look at it, and at first I thought. Hmmmmm, split level, at an age when things need to be replaced...

But then I saw the photos. Nice family room! The kitchen looks modern. And the deck and yard looks great. An above ground pool, but that is safer, IMHO, when you have little kids. I'd go and check it out.
