As for dogs name.....how about something sissy like....twinkle toes? Especially if it's a big dog. If we get a little dog, call it something like Spike or Killer.

dawgfan - the boat sounds lovely, margaritas sound yummy, but only if I can chase them with dramamine! Also, since we're practically neighbors, you can borrow one of my sweatshirts....I'm sure I have a Gators blue & orange one here somewhere.........

Hot tub anyone? Sounds great, but me in a bathing suit is NOT pretty. I'm going to turn in early and read a book! Relaxing...............Boring? yeah!

That's the bad..I'm not free for over 2 weeks...and he has stuff all day. We might try to go to a movie one night though Till then we can at least hang out at track.


Not much of a story though. He was too scared to ask me at track because there were too many people around and if I said no he didn't want to be totally humiliated...I can understand. So he asked me on AIM.

Oops, one last thing ......I was reading posts from when I was gone last week and ya'll were talking about ordering Disney clothing, etc......well, when I was at WDW in early June, I bought the cutest skirt, actually a skort (shorts and skirt combination) and have looked and looked for a picture online but have yet to find one. Anyway, I have gotten so many compliments and wish I had a picture as it is hard to describe.....it is lime green and teal with squiggly stripes with faint prints of Mickey's head and nautical designs(kinda looks like a Lilly Pulitzer print---in case [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR] reads this ) Well, if you should see this skort listed anywhere,(it also came in capris) please let me know as I would like to get another for DSIL - she keeps threatening to steal mine

Maybe I'll just have to make a SPECIAL trip to WDW to pick one up

Hi All! ibouncetoo here, using sister's computer. I'm dog sitting here tonight (her two and PixieMagic's puppy also!)

THANK GOODNESS I'M OUT OF THAT HEAT! It took me all day to get here, had to change planes THREE times, but i finally made it. It was so great to be able to pack my long sleeve t-shirts and my favorite Tigger sweatshirt! This is a beautiful place and I can't wait to go for a spin on the "Dawghaus" too!

AZ KATHY Welcome Home! I'd noticed one or two posts from you around the community board and figured you'd come HOME sooner or later!

We'll I'd better go find an empty room and unpack. Hey, I'm having some craft supplies shipped up too....hope that's OK. I usually start on my Christmas cards in July!

Evening everybody! Folks must be settling in to our stress-free vacation

Neighbor lady came over and brought dinner and we hung out all evening. Her DH is gone this week, too, so it was just us girls Nice to have another friend in the neighborhood Especially since all my others are moving away in 2 weeks.... But anyway...

TalkisCheap YAY!!!! Congrats! And take it slow!! You guys are great friends already and that's a great foundation to build on! Make sure you don't speed up too quickly.....'cause a good friendship is a valuable thing

Hey, Barb! Here's that fish cake!

Kinda cutesy so may not be *perfect* for a guy....but oh so easy! It's a single (deep) layer cake, frosted with green frosting. The fin and tail are just those orange slices candy stacked up (tail was supposed to be bigger, but I ran out of room on the cake stand). The spots are flattened gum drops, the lips are gummy red fruits (like the orange slices but don't remember which fruit they're supposed to be!). The eye is a big, white gumball with a single mini-M&M attached with frosting!

BONUS: You get to eat all the leftover candy since you have to buy a bag of each Well, my DH did, since he actually likes those gummy fruit things....

Well, off to prepare our field trip for tomorrow You guys better rest up!
