Oops, one more thing I really hate the taste of:

green peppers - yuck, yuck, yuck!

:teeth:

I hate all of those too! Celery not only tastes bad and gets soft and mushy in soups, but if you eat it raw, it's all stringy and gets caught in your teeth  I don't like celery!

My favorite foods...hm. Taco Pie, Corn and Cheese Chowder, Spaghetti with homemade meatballs(which I can make just as good as my mom's....finally!)...umm what else. Oh, Spicey Noodles from the South Beach Diet book are SOO good. And they're good for you!! Also Pizza....and anything junk foody - Potatoe Chips, cheese curls, pizza, goldfish....well, except soda. I don't drink soda. It's too bad for you! I'll think of other good foods later, I'm sure....when you didn't ask!

What are you having for dinner tonight, cadburysmom? I'm having Meditreranian(I may be smart about music videos...but I have no idea how you spell that!) Rice and Beans from the South Beach Diet cookbook....my parents just got home from a weekend in Bar Harbor and so I'm cooking for them so it can be all ready when they get home!

:listen: Well, we waiting for ideas cadburysmom ---NC Beast bbq squash and pork tenderlion earlier today, but I want something else for dinner.:D

Sounds yummy.....and who cares how you spell it if it tastes so good! :p Your parents are definitely lucky to have a sweet daughter who cooks ::yes::

We're having steak tonight....haven't cooked steak in a while cause our old grill finally died on us  and I'm gonna have to broil them in the oven...but I LOVE steak and it's easy so I'm a happy girl about dinner tonight :teeth:

sounds like a GREAT lunch.....we ate at Chili's after church today and it was OK, but nothing great. Tried to go to Cheesecake Factory but it was way too crowded :(

I don't like that Chili's by the mall---always feel sick after going there---but, love that Cheesecake Factory. :teeth:

I not sure about steak for us tonight--had it twice this past week and a lot the week before in WDW. I am leaning towards chicken or seafood. Or just skip dinner and buy dessert. :hyper:

TalkisCheap .......and another thing about our mutual dislike of nasty, disgusting celery.....my sneaky mom got up early one Thanksgiving and finely chopped the celery for the dressing because she thought it was just the crunch I didn't like.....but she couldn't trick me, no way, I knew immediately there was celery in the dressing and she hasn't tried it since, or at least hasn't been caught since ;)

Sounds like a good plan;)

Gotta go run fix dinner now.....have a good evening!:wave2:

Who wants to vote for where to go to dinner?

Possible choices:
*Outback
*Red Lobster
*Le Mac Donald's
*Chinese Take-out
*other

I guess leftovers should be used so we can save for trips and stuff. But, we are not in the cooking mood tonight.

We ccould forget about eating out and go to the movies tomorrow...

Decisions to make in about 5-11 minutes---NC Beast is waking up hungary.....:earseek:

OK, since I made my slip earlier, question... Since when being pregnant you do not have a period, can you have PMS? or is it a constant state of PMS.

I think I am going to clean my PM box out.....

Warning

I think you might get some mommies upset at you again! Never been pregnant--but any major change in a body can cause hormones to be in a state of imbalance seeking a new state of being. I don't use PMS as an excuse--there just days where a certain guy needs to wear protective wear. ;)

In other words....
Head for the hills Ohanafamily!!!!

NC Beast can pm his support for you later ohanafamily. Get the books made for you guys on impending fatherhood, invest in cards, jewerly, get to know your florist, and watch out for late night runs for wierd cravings. My BILs survived their wives and the result are beautiful children. :sunny:

I was so excited this morning, DW was all snuffely, and she sent me to the store with a list of meds she can take (and Watermelon too). I think she was not happy with my enthusiasm at being useful; I git "talked to" about waking her up all the way....

:bounce:

Its been awhile since my SILs had their babies, but BILs said a lot of "yes honey", "anything you want dear", "I'm sorry", and "what can I get you".

I don't what else to say....but, hang in there. Did anyone warn you about the days/weeks after baby yet?:p

You are in hormonal "you know where" for at least another year. Think of Disney thoughts and go to your happy place often.;)

:wave2: again!

Ewww, cadburysmom!!! My mom tries that a lot...and it never fools me. Me and my sister both hate it, so she has finally come to the conclusion that she just shouldn't put it in things anyway....whenever I cook, anyway, there is no way it's coming close to my food!!

I have nothing to say about babies...I would have no idea, and being the youngest, it's not even like I was around my mom when she was pregnant....

GRRR this dinner is taking longer than I expected to cook...at least I can DIS in between!!

Poor Oddball27 :(

I miss her already...too quiet today without her here.

:wave2: TalkisCheap ---We are happy that you are here today:Pinkbounc

edited-wrong thread for oddball link...check main CB for her mama's thread
