Morning all,
What happened last night, less than a page to catch up on!! I guess a lot of people are at WDW whilst we are not

Well today I'm going to the motor show for the day and then to our best friends house for dinner. I'm not sure what the motor show will be like, I'll fill you in later.

Assorted pasteries, juices and cereals have been left for breakfast in the Japanease tea house.

Good Morning!

So, what's everyone's Memorial Day plan? I'm going into work this afternoon. I wasn't supposed to work, but a lady who has worked at the company 20 years got FIRED last week (she was supposed to work this morning) & the guy who was supposed to work the evening had a baby Saturday (well, he didn't, his wife did ). Anyway, I volunteered as we don't have any big plans & I get paid double the $$ for holiday pay. WOO HOO, more $$ for the October trip fund.

Bad storms came through again last night, but no tornadoes in our area. Lotsa flooding. Our basement flooded a little. I'm so glad I did the massive clean up of the basement last week!!!! It would have been a nightmare if I hadn't cleaned.

Well, I'm gonna make a short grocery list & run to the store. I'll check in later.

Oh, almost forgot....I've got Reagan in my prayers, iluvtink. Please keep us updated on her condition.

Popping in and out real quick just to say "hi" and we did make it through last night's round of storms. Lots of flooding around here right now. But not us personally. We live on the highest street in the neighborhood, we'll be OK.

This weekend has either been getting ready to rain, raining, or just finished raining. I've had it with the rain!

Good morning everyone!

OK, where's that PD when you need it???

A follow up on my request for PD post yesterday ... our little "niece-in-law" finished her platelet drip and it didn't do any good at all. So they are trying it one more time today, then if it doesn't work, they have to take a bone marrow sample. <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_6_100.gif' alt='Afraid' border=0></a> She has to lie still for 6 hours for this drip, then they have to wait for 12 to test her blood. I have no idea what is involved in a bone marrow test, but it makes me hurt just to think about it. Anyone out there a nurse who can fill me in? Anyway, I expect PD, people!!!!!

Our rain held off until late yesterday afternoon, and we had big thunder rumbles, but nothing close by. Still raining today ... yllk. We have no cookout plans, because we are waiting to hear about Reagan and just be on stand-by to help the family out. I'm keeping their three other kids today, and they will be here soon, so I'll only be checking in once in a while to keep up with the posts and to make sure everyone is okay.

DHB and llebrekniT - Glad you all are okay. I was worried about you last night when I saw the radar.

I slept NINE HOURS last night......that never happens anymore. And there was, of course, the minor interruption of stumbling into the kitchen and feeding the cat at 5AM because she INSISTED.

Today is girl's movie/lunch/pool time/bbq event with [COLOR=660099]TiggersPal[/COLOR] and PixieMagic. We'll attempt to get DBIL to participate in part of the events...it's hard to drag him out of his home office. Plus I have to give him his birthday present

RRBB and ohanafamily come home today! Can't wait to hear about their trip and about the meet last night.

I'm sure I'll be checking back in before I head out.

Wish me luck we are on our way out to try to buy Dd a new car and DS a car . State Farm is becoming really twisted over not getting her car to them . They keep saying "we totaled the car due to the hail damage and we need it turned in " They gave us 4 grand for it , its not like I can run right out and find something for that in as good as shape as hers was !
DS figures he will just grab what he can if he sees somethign he wants LOL. Gimme a break my Mom said "Good Luck when I left home at 15 she never thought about buying me a pair of shoes much less a car .

[COLOR=66FF00]iluvtink[/COLOR] Bucket loads of PD are heading over the Atlantic for Regan.

So is everyone having a good holiday? The motor show we went to was really good. We went out on some 4x4 off road vehicals for a demo ride which was fun. Sitting in a land rover when it does a 30 degree tilt test and then driving along on a 30 degree angle was interesting!!
We had fun on the Porche stand though. My friends who we went with know the girl who is in charge of the stand so we were taken to the VIP area where we were given champagne, smoothies and some food Then we got to go into the VIP car area and sit in some really expensive Porches much to the annoyance of the rest of the crowd who could only watch that from the other side of a rope!! I looked at a few sports cars that I would like (but can't afford yet!) I am seriously wanting a sports car when I replace my current car in a few years time. I liked this car, a rover MGF (although I would like one in British racing green)

or one of these, a Toyota MR2, although I liked the red one

OMG, the poor little thing. I must have missed your first request with all my scanning and skimming this weekend. How old is she? It's funny, I just took a picture of Ella hanging from a tree Fri. night. I'm going to expect lots more pictures from you now that you have the hang of it.

So, here's a big load of pixie dust, for Reagan and for you. You must be wiped out. Don't forget to take care of you too.

Oh I forgot to say earlier I saw someone today with one of those Louis Vuton bow handbags we were talking about the other day!! Not sure if it was real or not!

OK, I'm just watching Big Brother and one of the house mates is cooking dinner in the kitchen in the nude (except for his apron!) and he is really fit!! I'll try to find a good picture to share soon. I just looked on the website and most of his pictures involve his naked bottom which I don't think are appropriate for here!
