This one was at Chef Mickey's. I worry that poor Holly may be developing her mother's picture ruining closed eye thingie.

Actually, with her eyes closed, she looks like she's in at state of BLISS.....getting to hug Minnie! It's a great photo.

I'd be interested in hearing the $$$$$ on that cruise. So, it's official, the Magic is coming to LA, huh?

Let us know what you find out.

Well in that case, I'll share another "look of bliss". Or maybe the sun was shining just a little too bright that day, judging from poor Ella covering her eyes.

OK, I gotta download some better shots. Be right back!

llebreknit, keep the pictures coming, there fantastic.

geffric, I totally forgot about the sock alient in the dryer. Your absolutely right.

geffric, llebrekniT and all you moms with preteen boys...I need a suggestion for a good book to read to Jordan at bedtime. I always read him a chapter of a book and we just finished "Eragon" and desperately need a new book. We have read all the Harry Potters, the Chronicles of Narnia and most of the Red Wall series....he's very much into knights and dragons, I know, a little violent  but hey, he's a BOY and they love that stuff. Has anyone read or even heard of SHADOWMANCER?

And don't you dare say he's too old to be read to at bedtime......soon he won't want me to so I'm trying to make it last as long as possible......why do children have to grow up so fast??

OK, OK! Stop begging!;)

Since you twisted my arm so much, here's some more!

Me and Daniel, same night, before dinner, behind Space Mountain, waiting for our FastPass time to come.

cadburysmom, sorry, I wish I still did this. Bedtime here is a busy time. Ella is usually the last one to go. So that means I put the other two to bed while dealing with her too. I like her to go to bed right before I do so she sleeps late in the morning. (She got up at 9:30 today.) Anyway, most nights I read to Holly while Ella tears her room up. By the time Daniel goes to bed, Ella is usually getting really fussy. I was reading Harry Potter to him before she came along. He loves the book "Holes" right now and I got him a juvenile version of "Seabiscuit" which he also loves. See the pattern? First he sees the movie, then he wants the book. But I take whatever I can get.

Good luck! You're a great mom and if he starts to lose interest, I recommend the comic book store.

cadburysmom ( sorry no color) Eric just finished Jurassic Park 1-3 and Lord of the Rings all 4 books... will those interest Jordon?

Me.....me....please take me!

We'll leave all those silly boys at home and you and I will sit on deckchairs each day drinking fruity umbrella drinks and spending our nights at Palos and scoping out cute CM's......oh, yeah, you're married.....ok, maybe you can just enjoy the nightly ambiance while I scope out cute CM's!!:teeth:

I hate to admit it but I had the biggest crush on the Bingo caller on our cruise in 2003.:lovestruc He was tall, dark and handsome and had the best British accent. I was cruising with friends and we would play Bingo twice a day just so we could watch and drool over him. I won twice and each time he handed me my winnings, I just stared all googly-eyed with a silly grin on my face :p......he was such a nice guy and never failed to say hello to us when he'd see us around ship.....and I KNOW the other mothers were SOOOO jealous. I'm sure he knew he was a HOTTIE, but he was very nice, nevertheless.

OK, confession time over.....back to your regular chatting......

I think he's a little tired of LOTR with all the movie hype but Jurassic Park sounds great. I've never let him see the movies because quite frankly, the scene where the T-Rex is chasing the jeep gave me nightmares and I didn't want him going through that......I still get a little nervous when I see a pool of water shake....gotta watch out for those dinosaurs don't cha know

I used to love Tom Swift, or the Hardy Boys mysteries. Anything by Robert Heinlen. Have Space suit will travel, Citizen of the Galaxy, but Fifthn Column mught be a little old (that is one of my favorites).

Well that's the last time I don't visit the tagliarchy for a whole weekend! Yikes, I'm still not caught up yet, and I'm only skimming for orange!! ::yes::

But I did want to reply to my flight plans for October. Looks like I'm not flying TMA--no flights on our days for some reason. I thought they flew every day to Sanford. But that's okay, I think I'll use my free AmEx ticket which means I can fly on USAirways, Delta or Continental. I could see if I could fly into Chicago and meet Lewski there, but that would make my day long. Either way, I'm going to have to change planes somewhere.

Oh, I don't need to leave in the morning on the 13th. I just don't want to get back to Syracuse really late.

cc: Lewski's e-mail

Barb, then you could fly into o'hare on friday, have dinner and stay at the Ax Murderere INN too.. no Just Kidding..lol.. not really we just referr to our humble abode as the Bates motel..

I LOVE all these pics........and as I've said before....I feel sorry people on other threads.......they must be so jealous of us.....their children just cannot compare to the cuteness and adorability of the children of the TAGLIARCHY!:bounce: :Pinkbounc

Thanks for the recommendations :) I tried the Hardy Boys but sadly, he just wasn't interested.....my brothers LOVED reading those growing up and I was kinda sad he would miss out. But I'll mention the others while we're at the library this afternoon and see what he thinks.

llebrekniT Thanks for suggesting Holes...it was a huge hit......Jordan read it last Spring before the movie came out (amazingly) and said he liked the book a whole lot better.....it really gave me the creeps though with those weird spotted lizards and digging in the desert...boys love it though:teeth:

Wow! llebrekniT's a looker! ::yes::

And Cheeringmom's kids are cuties!!!

I think we should all post baby pics of ourselves. I wish there was a way we could do it anonymously and then have everyone try to guess who it is. :Pinkbounc
