Caught up on today's posts.

It warms my heart to see plans being discussed/made for October! We are staying Sat-Sat

It would be great fun to do a Fantasmic night, if the 'goils' have hoppers....though I'd cast my vote for H&V if we did the dinner package
Love the idea of monorail happy hour too....speaking of which, FRANGELICO is my very, very favorite....just had one Sat night, sitting in front of the fireplace in the bar of the Grand Californian Hotel (snicker, snicker) Hmmmm.....maybe I'll just pour a drop in a cordial glass right now!
I've never done the comedy club at PI nor have I made it all the way to the midnight show at Adverturers Club (Kungaloosh!) Also want to try Jellyrolls.....but I also can only take the smoke for so long.
And.......F&W Festival....YES...love the idea of walking around the world SEVERAL TIMES....some shrimp from the BarB here, a glass of Piesporter there, some schnitzel, an egg roll and wherever you pass out...I mean tire out...is where you watch Illuminations!

OK, this should hold me for awhile.....I may be able to go a day or two without talking about the trip

Welcome to the TAGLIARCHY StacyA (I can't see her colour on the wheel either. I have just loaded it up and can see that some people have been moved into a section at the bottom - great idea, but on the list 3rd from bottom for me is [COLOR=6600FF]s&ksmom[/COLOR])

I guess I'm making breakfast again. Mickey waffles this morning with fresh orange juice.

So what are people doing today? My kids have the last of their national tests today, the older kids (9-11 year olds) have tests to do in science and a maths calculator paper too so they have tests until the end of the week. Today we have maths tests. They have a booklet to fill in and then a mental maths tape to do. 10 questions are read out and they have 5 seconds to work out the answer, then they have 5 questions where they have 10 seconds to work out the answer!!!! So I guess my afternoon and evening is going to be spent marking maths papers!! I think I'll try to get them marked this afternoon whilst the kids are having computer time and stay late at school until they are marked. My classroom assistant is great, she will help me mark them too. Then we have to fill in analysis grids saying which child scored marks on which question and then level their work according to their age in years and months to see how they average out! It is a bit complicated!!

Oh well I guess I better get going. I have fed the , one is now upstairs on the bed

I don't care for Fantasia, I think Simon was right when he said she sounds like a chipmunk!

What do you do for a living STACEYA???

I work for a company that produces wire, and I work in the die room, we deal with Diamond Dies that go in a sequence in the machines to draw the wire down to the specific size needed by the customer....I used to work in the office but my job got downsized at the beginning of this year so here I am!

I get the dies in, clean and inspect them and choose what sizes they should be recut to....the good thing is I work 7-3:30 and wear Jeans and tee shirts everyday...LOL

Ohh yeah and they are talking about making me a supervisor out here one day...that is something to look forward to!

Still, it is really cool. It's just that I sooo love going during Christmas and since we are taking Daniel out of school for a week in Oct. I can't do it again in Dec. For anyone who is interested, we have been 3x in Dec., and the second week is the best time to go. The lines are still short, the party is on, and the special shows are running. If you go to early in Dec., you won't be able to see the special shows because they don't run them much at all. I love the shows, call me a geek.

No, we won't be going at the time, I'm pretty sure. I would love to. I don't know. I don't think I can take the heat. But, I'm one of those people that can be happy just being there. Staying at any resort on property, go to a park for a few hours and use the pool. We have Daniel's school tuition to pay for next year and we are building a storage building starting today. Then there's the Oct. trip, so I really doubt it. But, I NEVER SAY NEVER! Isn't saying you never say never kind of like saying never?

Good Morning everyone!

I've got a crazy day. Josh has swimming this morning, then we are going to the grocery store. I can hopefully get Lainie down for a nap before we leave at 1:30pm for my nephew's birthday party in Cincinnati.
Yep, hellion #2 is turning 5.

My mom is doing better. She had a CAT scan yesterday & they found nothing. Which is good, except they don't know why she is having pain in her stomach & back. They told her to eat bland foods as some foods have been making it worse.

I was going to post last night, but my internet connection dropped off when I was half way through catching up , so I just went to bed.

AI=I thought Latoya & Diana were the best. I felt really bad for Jasmine. She had a bad night & the judges really let her have it. She has been so gracious every week and they have given her a hard time a lot! I think all the pressure just built up on her.

We generally take a cab... I know I have said this several times, but the price of a cab is about the same as 2.5 people on Mears. The thing is, with a cab you don't get the grocery stop, but you are on your own schedule and you don't have to wait for 10 other people to be dropped off first. It is particularly bad when going to US. We had to wait an hour for the bus to fill up so they would take us...

Cabs are $35.-$40 each way depending on your resort. I just don't like dealing with a rental car on vacations...


We have Prem AP's, so heck, we could even meet at Disney Quest.....

But, please, NO ESPN CLUB... I couldn't take watching Lewski709's betting strategies, or even... I Like the color or that horses saddle, so I am going to pick him.....

Oh well, gotta get dressed and then to work ...

I have a stuffed up nose and scratchy throat this morning
So I'm drinking hot tea, took some Vitamin C and a dose of collodial silver and am hoping for the best.......since I was already off one day this week. Wish I could have stayed in bed an extra hour....maybe I can leave work a little early. When I'm not feeling well, I'm totally useless after 330/4P anyway.

Congrats [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniTraeD[/COLOR] on having your photo selected as photo of the week! Reminds me I need to take some snaps of my to finish off the roll in the camera. Some guy owned a big MFG plant, retired and took all of the equipment, tools and dies, drawing plates, trucks etc... and parked them in Semi's on his farm in case he needed to start back. Well, he passed away a while back, and there is a big auction for the equipment..... Cool Stuff, but a but dated...
