I can't even convey how exciting it is for me to be able to talk to someone about shows I like!!! Most of my co-workers would have no idea what I was talking about if I said I watched Reaper. 
no I have never heard of it but i told dh that i wasn't sure if i wanted to watch AI. he said he thinks we should watch one show of the actually competition and see how it goes. we will see i guess.
Just thought that ya'll might be interested in hearing that not only is our market up. So is Japan's and Asia's. Things are starting to look better.

I'm not talking about going to your local Wal-mart. I'm talking BIG money as in construction projects. And construction means we work. We are surveyors. Nothing is done without a surveyor. And fortunately for us, most of our business is in infrastructure (everything but bridges) type projects and not residential. Residential is still dry here. But other projects are gearing up. Good morning cheermom.
Since Hubby and I are small business owners, we have been watching Wall Street pretty closely. And when Wall Street is happy... people have a tendency to spend money.
You know....this has been difficult/scary time for all of us. For those of us with children that are old enough to understand what has been happening. This has been such a powerful learning experience. That yes, it is okay to have "wants" and spend money. As long as we live within our means. I truly do feel that my children already have a pretty good handle on their money. But this has made them appreciate the value of a dollar much, much more.

while we don't own our own business my bro does and he has not seen the current down fall, he has been busier then ever is which is wonderful
It has been amazing to me to see such hit and miss with jobs. 
I have a nephew in NC that owns a painting business. He is busier than ever. I know here all surveyors have been hit. 
But I believe with all my heart that things will return. I just can't believe otherwise. You know its a little word with a very large meaning....Faith. That is great for your brother.
