...they are NOT like DVC points...![]()
Glad your BP is doing great! There's just a bunch of ick going around. My youngest DD has strep throat. Spent way too much of my sleep time cleaning up her throw up from my bed last night.
The blasted cat I'm watching for the Humane Society STILL hasn't had her babies yet. It's been almost two weeks. I'm sooooo ready to give her back because the makeshift kennel I have takes up a good portion of my kitchen.
Nope, not religious, but that is interesting. I had no idea there was a patron saint of lost items. I'll have to google this.
That IS great news about your bp.
Hope you and your son can get that nastiness out soon. Get Well.
....mo'nin' 'naners...
....I love to stay and chat , TK, but the bell just rang, so I'm off to 2nd period......LATER, dudette!
TK: Yes, I learned Saint Anthony is the Patron Saint of lost things.
Have a great day, m'dear!

Totally just made my morning!
It's official: I am the unfortunate owner of THE DUMBEST animal on the planet!!!!!!!!!! A flippin' sloth is smarter than this dog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
.
I don't want to spoil my PTR (which, please feel free to come and read along! It's the first link in my signature) as I haven't "revealed" my dining plans yet but I'll say that we only have one ADR in common. I'll PM you on the rest.
I've never eaten at a single restaurant you're going to! LOL
OK,,,, why??? I bet we could compare a few stories.
Today was my little brush with semi-celebrity. Big Mike from Idol came to town to visit some local schools. First he got a key to the city and it was proclaimed Michael Lynche day. Then I interviewed him as we drove in a limo to the first school. As we drove up, I heard screams getting louder and louder. The school had cheerleaders doing cheers, kids screaming, and teachers going nuts. He did a small concert there then talked to kids who are going through the same performing arts program he did. His message for the day was for kids to work hard to get what you want. At the next school, there was a small mob scene in the cafeteria. Girls were crying, kids were knocked to the ground, and everyone was trying to get him to sign their yearbook.
It was definitely a fun day at work!
Because she doesn't have the brain cells to get herself in out of the rain. I'm talking downpour! She's an outside dog, but there are two doghouses out in the yard, AND an overhang at the end of the house. The dork just sits out there in the middle of the yard, squinting her eyes because the rain is running into them, and every once in a while she gets up and tip-toes around looking SO stinkin' pathetic, tail tucked and like a wet rat. Meanwhile, my chickens have gone into the coop, and the goats have gone into the shed......Yet there sits the dog.

It's puppeh code for "Look at me. I'm so dumb I should be a house dog. You know, the kind that sleeps on your pillow and eats off your fork! Take pity and take me inside, won't you?"
And her eyelashes go "plink, plink" as she looks at you plaintively through the rain.

And therein lies the reason why she won't, in fact, EVER be a house dog!!Eww.... And I daresay the cats do enough pillow-laying and fork-licking all by themselves, thank you very much!
There's no way she's coming in now.....she soaked and will smell like something dead...
