...I'M in...

Me too!

I LOVE May as well.... it's a toss up between May and Sept, but the Flower show in Epcot makes May a little better. Can't ask for a better time with weather and crowds... OOPS... hope I didn't just jinks myself. My luck I'll be in for a weeks worth of hurricanes. ugh!

Tinkerbellarella..... I was going to ask "did you".... but I think I will ask "Where did you" make ADRs for?

We're doing T-Rex, Mama Melrose, Marakesh, Hoop Dee Doo, Ohana, Cape May Cafe, Norway, and Whisp Canyon... I think.... but I keep OVER-thinking this, and I should make some changes. I always do that... Then I get too confused I don't remember where I was going that day, and why. My DH and I want to try and go to places either we haven't done, or haven't done in a LONG time.... but then the other 1/2 of me, wants to go to the old favorites. My head tells me, if you keep going back to the same old places, eventually you won't think they are so great anymore, and if you keep trying new places, you might find a few that turn out to be a new favorite.. my fear is I will hate them all though, and be disappointed that we didn't go to one we know we like... dilema.

I'm partial to May for the F&GF and Star Wars Weekends. It's like to special events for the price of one! And they're free! The weather is gorgeous and pretty predictable.

I've been in September before too. A little bit hotter, a little bit more humid, and a little bit more predictable BUT there's also MNSSHP decorations up and comparable crowds.

::yes::

I don't want to spoil my PTR (which, please feel free to come and read along! It's the first link in my signature) as I haven't "revealed" my dining plans yet but I'll say that we only have one ADR in common. I'll PM you on the rest.

I've never eaten at a single restaurant you're going to! LOL

I like a mixed bag - some good ol' favorites and some new places. I've been VERY pleasantly surprised in the past by trying new places (i.e. San Angel Inn, Kona Cafe) and I can't really recall any place that's disappointed me thus far.

This trip we'll mostly be visiting restaurants I've been to before and that are some of my favorites but that BF hasn't visited at all, as it's our first trip together.

I wouldn't stress out too much over it.

...GREAT time of year - y'all miss my birthday though.....

Mine too, by just a few days. I say extend it and celebrate our birthdays at Disney.

My favorite time of year to go to the parks is anywhere from early November to mid-March. Crowds are lower, weather is great, and our passes aren't blacked out (except for a few very crowded times in between that we can live with.) I also love November because of F&WF.

Amanda, glad you're having a good time! :thumbsup2

Hiii everyone!!! *waves* I've been lurking for the past two weeks.

:welcome:

TK, I'm sure the preschool ceremony will be cute.

It was so sweet! DS did a great job, I was so proud of him. :goodvibes

...ye shall be bestowed points, m'dear....

I could use some points. Are those good with the tag fairy? ;)

Hi nanners! :wave2:

Hey, Tink!

Graduations are so much fun for the little guys. Enjoy it, cause before you blink, you'll be sitting at their HS graduations..

God help me, I'll be bawling like a baby when that happens.

The graduation was so cute! I got a little misty at times missing my mom, but other than that, had a great time!

TK.. how's that baby doing?

He's great, thank you for asking! I'll post a little health update in a separate post, but I can say this is one very active, very healthy little boy.

And now, he suddenly enjoys shifting his whole little body to one side of my stomach. It's cute. And also very painful. Especially when some hard part, like an elbow is sticking out. :lmao:

The cool thing we discovered is that he's really into music (much like my first son), so when we play CDs in the car, he moves around a lot. That's my boy!:thumbsup2

Good morning and btw, we are complete idiots. Recently my husband found the title to my car. He mentioned that we are going to need it to transfer the car to my daughter. Yesterday he goes to get it and it's nowhere to be found. I'm pretty sure he didn't hand it to me. I'm so frustrated and we both looked for a few hours yesterday. How could we lose it? Where did it walk off to? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :sad2:

I don't know if you're religious folk, but my boss has a prayer to the patron saint of lost items that he keeps in his wallet. I've used it twice and actually found the item shortly thereafter. I bet we could look it up on the internet.

Good luck! :goodvibes

From The Red Green Show:

The Man Prayer...

"I'm a guy,
And I can change.
If I have to....
I guess."

Great news, nanners!

I had an awesome appointment with my doctor on Tuesday. My blood pressure has gone down to a normal rate, and as long as everything looks good with my ultrasound on Monday, there won't be a reason for me to do the non stress tests, and I can continue working. I'm due to go back to the doc's in two weeks, and I'll keep you all posted.

I also got antibiotics for this upper respiratory thing I have going on, which is great, because it'll knock it out of my system, but not so great because it's...uh...wreaking havoc on ye ole digestive tract, savvy? :lmao: And that's with my daily intake of yogurt. Yikes! :scared1:

DS also has a nasty cough going on, and although his hasn't moved into his chest, thank goodness, the doctor did prescribe an oral steroid for him today. So between that, his Singulair, his inhaler, and Claritin, hopefully we can finally knock the cough out of his system. :thumbsup2

Glad your BP is doing great! There's just a bunch of ick going around. My youngest DD has strep throat. Spent way too much of my sleep time cleaning up her throw up from my bed last night.

The blasted cat I'm watching for the Humane Society STILL hasn't had her babies yet. It's been almost two weeks. I'm sooooo ready to give her back because the makeshift kennel I have takes up a good portion of my kitchen.

I bet if you opened up a place you don't want her to have the kittens, she'll have them there right away. My cat when I was a kid had a litter right in my bed while I was trying to sleep. My mom had tried to keep her out, but obviously that didn't work.

That is my exact fear. Either she'll have the kittens in one of our beds or under a piece of furniture. She was meowing really strange tonight, licking her rear and rolling around alot on the kitchen floor when we had her out. Why oh why did I agree to do this. I don't need this stress.

Don't get me wrong folks, I do love animals it's just that I don't need this extra stress.

Is the area you have for her dark and out of the way? They prefer to have their kittens some place quiet and hidden. Otherwise, they may just have the kittens one place then move them to a hidden area when they get the chance. The same cat I mentioned earlier was always pregnant, so I went through many kitty births as a kid.

Nope, not religious, but that is interesting. I had no idea there was a patron saint of lost items. I'll have to google this.

That IS great news about your bp. :yay:

Hope you and your son can get that nastiness out soon. Get Well.

ICK Here's to hoping you got a better night's sleep last night and hope the little strep throater is feeling better.

I had a large dog crate in my kitchen when I fostered too. Sounds like she was trying to hold out for a quiet more private place.

For some reason, I opted for the more time consuming motherless babies. You do form a unique bond when the babies look at you more as a mother. It can be very frustrating trying to teach them to eat. Most did it naturaly but I had 2 that were difficult.

You want work and stress? :lmao: Try fostering abandoned motherless puppies. OMG:scared1: SO MUCH TIME AND WORK I once had 4, 4 week old boxer mix puppies. They used to wake me up in the middle of the night for food. I had to get up and mix them formular and feed them in my kitchen. Of course after they eat, they need to go to the bathroom. It was a madhouse trying to clean up poop before someone else stepped in it and smooshed it around. Then had to wash the floor and next wash the puppies if they stepped in it. Talk about loosing sleep. Holy crap and my kids were young. To them, I was their mother.
