I'm at work this am, and three pages go by without me? Hmph. This workday is proving to be the one I should have never scheduled extra time with the kids and just stayed home. I'm only working Tues/Thurs this summer.

Unfortunately, that was the plan. We all know about the best laid ones.

I'm dreading our electric bill this month. I love that we have central air, but not so much the cost. At least our apartment isn't huge.

Oh. Em. Gee.........My. FAVE! I like to mix these in with a really good vanilla ice cream. Makes 'em nice and chewy and puts a sweet mint flavor in the ice cream!


Speaking of vanilla, think I'm going to head over to camp to the coffee bar that's set up this week and have myself a vanilla frappe with a double espresso shot......

And then I'll come back later and share my "enthusiasm!"
