WOOHOO you got a nap!! I don't think we will ever be done painting. I tell everyone now that after the house sells I will come back and knock on the door and ask if I can paint. One thing just seems to keep leading to another. And I can't tell you how many times we have opened the second can of paint for it to not be quite the same color. And you don't realize it until the paint has dried. That means a whole new repaint. And this is lowes best paint too. Talk about a pain.

When we were painting our bedroom, we ended up needing just one more quart to finish it off. When I went to Home Depot with the color chip/code and the sales lady says "You didn't leave off part way through a wall, did you?"

Oh - No!!...Nope, not me... Never! It ended up matching perfectly but DH mixed the new quart in with the last two inches of the original gallon. It all looks the same, thank goodness.

No! We've had one poop eating incident, but no poop painting... yet.

Hubby and I are watching Suppernanny. Where do these kids come from?

I watch that show when I need a dose of "My family is normal and I have NO problems!!" When I think I've got it bad, one episode is all it takes to make me realize otherwise. Yikes. Where DO they get these people!!? It's sad, really.

I haven't seen every episode but the ones I have, I've noticed that the parents have ZERO control, are basically afraid of their kids and don't know how to BE the parent.

When my niece was a baby (she is 25 now) My sister said everytime she went in her room it just smelled awful. But she couldn't find the source of the offensive odor. She said she cleaned everything and the smell persisted. And my sister is a bit of a clean freak. Her room had a dark brown panneling and one day when sis went in to get my niece she said the sun was shinning just right and that sweet baby girl had "painted" everywhere she could reach behind her crib.

Good luck! I know you are long signed off by now but you know I work 2nd and I'm always a little late on the conversation. I can't even imagine life w/o a computer, so I hope you get that power cord soon.
