I had the appointment with the ENT for DD3. We're getting tubes put in her ears in 2 weeks. Plus, they may take out her adenoids if they are too large. That could be causing all the fluid backup in her ear. Luckily, she doesn't have any hearing damage. She's just blocked up like when your ears are popped. The surgery will help that.

Tomorrow is going to be a long day. I have to work to cover (videotape) our Santa parade. Well, Santa from the parade needed kids for the float and a friend in my department got my kids on there. So they will be on the float with my dad while I'm working. Then we have 2 birthday parties. Neither of which I have bought a gift for yet. And DH is out of town for a football game. Bad timing. I just hope the rain holds off until the parade is over.

Good morning.

We are getting our Xmas tree today. It takes us a little time to walk around and decided which one to cut down. We have been away the last 2 Xmases so it will be nice to have a tree again. Last year we went north just the 4 of us and the year before we spent Xmas in Memphis with my dear friend. It took 2 days to drive there and another 2 days to get home. LONG TRIP.

Mean Queen, so glad your daughter did not have hearing loss.

DD & I went to DC on an "on your own" tour bus trip last spring. When we saw Night at the Museum 2 it was so cool that we saw all the things in real life and they were in the movie.

...I spent the day cleaning, cleaning, cleaning......oh yeah, did I mention that I was CLEANING??!??! I put up our tree in the dining room too, and decorated our powder room on the main floor of the house....

We got as far as putting the lights on the tree. My son got out my Dept 56 houses and accessories. They are sitting on my bay window ready to be set up another day.
