My faves are Le Cellier in Canada and Chefs de France.
I'm doing Le Cellier for the first time this year during my solo trip in September. I am vaguely second guessing doing TS during F&W, but Le Cellier has been on my bucket list for a long time (I know it's "gone downhill" to many, but I'd like to try it).
I'll have my full EP day, the AP event in Epcot, and another few hours on my departure day to grab as many F&W items as I can. I've been satisfied with a few (probably somewhere around 5-7) items during my past festivals. I don't feel too much need to try every dish.
