I see everyone elses, but I don't see Patricks...I get a pop-up saying unable to load his one....

That's what I was looking for Penny. There is something about Patricks sub-site that only allows loading some of the time. The same thing was happening with a couple others and I think I have a fix but I still don't know the reason.
