I've been hearing good things about this restaurant, but that your location can make or break the experience, so...

Which section inside the restaurant is best? Can you request that particular area when you check-in for your ADR or should it be noted ahead of time? ;)

Also, is it close to one of the resort bus stops? I don't remember exactly where they were located in Downtown Disney. We're going late one night, so I know we'll be really tired... :confused3

It is located at Downtown Disney. The closest bus stop is the Pleasure Island stop (or the former Pleasure Island stop - it's the second DTD bus stop now I guess)

It is not near a resort bus stop.

T-Rex is right by the McDonalds. I know it might be later but I'd still walk over to the first bus stop at DTD over by the Rainforest. It's really not that far of a walk and you'll be on the bus first - no waiting to see if there's standing room only. That's just been my experience with tired little ones in the past going to DTD. We really enjoyed out experience there and the food was very good. We were not inside the ice (?) but just outside behind the bar. We were under a giant jellyfish. You could see everything though and watch the ice change colors. You can always walk around also to look at everything. (The bathrooms were very cool too. :)) lol

don't know if you can reserve a area or not but as the last person said you can always wander around after you eat and get some pics food was good similar to rain forest cafe just dino's instead of the other animals
