Just a reminder, with all of us leaving in the next 4 - 5 days, please print out a new FE list. There was a change recently, and it has been updated.

Again if there are any changes at the port, I will be letting you know via email or text whichever way you told me you wanted. I will have extra copies with me, and my cabin number will not change (we won't be upgrading), so you can always find me for another one.

I may not be on the boards much the rest of the week, so we'll see everyone on board!

Back from a quick trip in for the last weekend of food and wine festival....that was delicious and even better since Mason was with his cousin...he hates food and wine b/c all people do is eat and drink...and it is crowded...

I was at Epcot all day today also. Enjoying the last day of the F&WF. There were a few items I missed when we went a few weeks ago... most importantly, the Bailey's lava cake.

We stumbled upon a Rapunzel dress yesterday. My daughter now has a dress for every princess and a few extras.

she is super excited and is planning out her costume changes....we are gonna need to extend this to a 10 night cruise

You would think by 7 she would grow out of her love of dressing like a princess....guess not and that is ok with me.

I would love a 10 night cruise!! It's great that she still loves to dress like a princess!! Last year Mason and his cousin Morgan chose to do the Pirate Experience at MK. They both loved it and they were 10 and 11 at the time!!

So wish I'd found this board 4 months ago...Now I'm completely lost in trying to figure everything out. I'm single mom traveling with 3 teenagers..yes I'm just a bit crazy..JK!! ages 18, 16, 15...We are super excited and quite nervous, mom is that is. We are flying in from MS on Friday and can't wait to meet everyone. Please help with info as to meeting you guys, others who have teenagers, any info on just the "what-to-do's" with getting luggage to ship..etc...This is our first cruise and I'm lost before we've even gotten started. All I've been told to do is show up and I hear quite the opposite from here. Please any advise, help we would love...

Susan, welcome! It is easy to get overwhelmed, but take a deep breath! Get your clothes packed and you will be fine. Make sure you have all of your documents and passports, get the tags on your luggage, and show up. That is the most important part!! I think the teenagers get more out of the clubs if they show up the first day so they have time to bond over the course of the cruise. I have a 14 year old daughter, but she is more of a loner/lurker than a joiner, lol. She still enjoys hanging out at the teen club, just to get away from the family unit!

These boards are terrific for giving tips out, but it can be a bit much if it is last minute. Take in what you can, but you will have a great time no matter what. A cruise is so great because you can customize it to your needs and wants. Do as much or little as you want, look at the schedule and decide what works for you.

I think there is a meeting going on on Deck 10 the first day at the sail away party, look for a couple of really tall dudes (Tall dudes feel free to jump in with more details as needed!!). Looking forward to seeing everyone. Our group of 9 will be wearing white t-shirts with us dressed as Disney cartoon characters done chibi style (a cute japanese anime style according to DD 14), drawn by my daughter.

So looking forward to this cruise, I finished my FE gifts yesterday, and got them all packed away this morning. Continuing the packing for everyone. I wish I had enough clothes that I could pack everyone's stuff today and not need any of it this week!!

I think I have the oldest kids . I have boys 20, 18, 17, and dd is 15. It is their 4th cruise, and of all the places they wanted to go....D.C., Hawaii, etc. they chose this cruise.

Mel is right. Worry about your documents, and pack. After you pack, take half back out of your suitcase. Seriously. I didn't believe it, and the first cruises I took, and I kept bringing home clean clothes.

Really though, where there is a lot to know and find out, you will have so much fun, let the fun of "discovery" be part of it. Where we are only a few days out, you could make yourself crazy trying to figure it all out.

I believe the cruise meet is right after the lifeguard drill on the port side....I think Chuck said mid-ship (I can't remember for sure) and he and a couple of the guys are like 6'7 (or really tall - since I'm only 5'4" ). Chuck, can you confirm for the couple of families that are new comers?

Im so excited about our upcoming cruise.

though earlier i mentioned i wanted to do the FE for some reason i have not been receiving emails for updates to the thread. so I need to know if I am on it please.

To be honest I am not sure i would be able to pull it together by Friday when we arrive. Its been crazy here and I know the week will be just as crazy. My husband was just in the hospital for over a week a few weeks back and it has totally thrown me off. Still trying to get packing done,

So if we are in it please let me know asap and i will try to figure it out

It does seem like your hands are full. I'm sorry, I must have missed your post before. The FE exchange is unfortunately closed. Since I'm the one organizing it, I probably have to be the one to give you the news. However, we are having a DIS' meet, and would love to have your family come and socialize with everyone.

I truly hope your DH is feeling better. It can be stressful just getting ready for a vacation much less have illness added to it. It sounds like this will be just the right time to have a week of R & R.

I can however make some name magnet graphics for you.....if you have time to print them out. Check out the link in my name and then click on any picture it will take you to my Photobucket. Re-post here if you do want anything with the link of what you want. I've taken a break from my graphics thread until the end of the month.
