Switching points for a ressie, can you do this?

Although I am in complete agreement about switching out of home vacation points, mb168 wants to switch into home vacation points. The way I read it, mb168 wants to use OKW points to stay at OKW.
I may be wrong, but I was under the impression a switch in this direction might be okay.
