Switching hotels, can I stay at the pool?

We are staying two weeks this summer and splitting between 3 hotels.

I have no idea if this will even be an option since we might be out of the hotel bright and early to go to a park, but if we decide to go swimming on the day that we are leaving the Beach Club for the Boardwalk, are we allowed to stay the rest of the day once we have the bellhops transfer our luggage from one hotel to the next?

I am imagining we might pack up early morning and just keep a bag with towels and other items needed for the pool. We would have the bell services pick up our bags and transfer them to the Boardwalk. Meanwhile, we'd head out to the pool, relax the rest of the morning, eat lunch, and then walk over to the Boardwalk mid/late afternoon.

Is that possible? I am thinking it would be allowed since, if I recall, Disney lets you hang out by a pool if you check out and have nothing to do while waiting for your airport shuttle. I could be wrong, though, as I have never been in that situation.

I believe you are entitled to use the resort amenities until midnight on the day you check out, so yes, what you want to do would be allowed.

sweetcreams....Your avatar is one of my favorite things about going to Disney --- the Mickey Bar. Our trip isn't for another 3 months, but I can taste it already!
