Ok...so I know the pools at WDW are heated, but will it be warm wnough outside of the pool to swim in late March?? My son LOVES to swim and I'd really like him to be able to take a few dips in the pool while we are there...

We have done Spring Break may years in a row which falls mid march for us and we have always been able to go swimming!

We always end up going late March like this coming March for spring break, and yes it has always been warm enough to swim.

We were able to swim a few days last Feb. and we were sitting outside, everybody was in the pool/ out of the pool.

We swam in January. You should be fine. Just have lots of towels/cover-up to wrap up in just in case it is chilly.

We went the first week of March the last two years. The first (2007) it was unseasonably cold, but we did swim one day. Last year DD swam almost everyday and had a ball.

This is our 5th Spring Break trip(always late March) and the weather fluctuates between 50 and 80 degrees. Mid-afternoon has been a great swim time but morning or late evening would have been too cool.

Last year at ASM I went swimming with the boys while my wife was washing clothes. I know...bad boys will play while mommas away. She actually sat out there and watched us while the clothes were drying.

So I say bring the trunks.:cool1:

We went for our honeymoon in March of 2000. We thought it was waaay to cold to swim. There were a ton of people at the pool but not us! Then again, we are from Texas and we don't tend to swim here unless it is HOT!

I think that it may depend on your idea of "warm enough". Have fun!

We went swimming 3 times last week, and that was in January. So yes, most likely you will be able to swim in March!
