Help! I have to decide between Swan at a govt. rate of $129+ a night or POR at $116 including tax. We have always stayed on site but never at Swan or Dolphin.

Stayed last year at BWI and loved it, especially being able to walk to Epcot and MGM. We really liked the convenience of the Epcot area but we don't want to sacrifice any of the Disney Magic.

It will be me, dh and teenaged dd.

Of course if codes come out soon, (our trip is early Jan 2003), that could change everything!?!?!

We stayed at the Dolphin for the first time in August at the teacher rate - a great rate for a deluxe. Prior to going we were worried about the Disney feel in a non-Disney resort. No problem - we loved the Dolphin for the rate we received. The location was terrific! We even saw the Disney characters walking through the lobby one morning. The Swan/Dolphin is right in the middle of the magic. When you look out the window -- there's the World!

We stayed at the BWI two years ago and wouldn't hesitate to choose the Dolphin over BWI as long as we receive the $129. I've also stayed at POFQ and POR and would choose the swan/dolphin over either one for location and ameniities.
