Swam E-mail Response

We leave for the Swan in four days. YEAH!

I sent a little Howdy Greeting from Texas. I listed that we would like a non-smoking room with a great view. I also stated that we would love a room on a high floor so that we might be able to view fireworks from our room.

I received an e-mail today stating that my e-mail was received and that my request has been entered.

Now what should I do when we check into the resort?
What exactly should I say when I check into the resort?

I received the exact same response from the Dolphin--mine was from Melissa. I would just politely ask the same thing when you check in. I'm thinking if they don't have conventions being held at this time, with 1,000 rooms it shouldn't be hard to accomodate you. Just remember to be polite--aren't all people from Texas polite??
