I went on at 7:00am and the departure flight I wanted was $129, an hour later it was $140 and now it is $167! We were planning on the first flight out on Aug 22 and returning on the 30th on the last flight out...$1312 for 4 of us! I juggled our dates slightly and got $756..that I can live with and fares might still come down. We are still leaving on the Sat but a little later flight and coming home the Mon instead of Sun...so one more day at Disney and still saving money!
I am a "newbie" .... after a couple of hours planning and cracking the numbers yesterday, I finally booked with Disney POR to take advantage of the free dining (Aug 19 to 24).
So, I was then ready to move on to book the airfare ....
It was stressful checking out SWA this morning .... the prices kept changing every few minutes. I originally wanted the 7:00 fare but it went up from $109 to $129. Return is great at $59.
Since there are 5 of us travelling ... I decided not to take a chance.
So, I booked the latest flight out a day earlier than I wanted (Aug 18) - arrives at 8:00 PM. I guess this is ok too ... instead of sleeping over in buffalo, we will be sleeping over in a disney resort and have a fresh start. Hubby was not too crazy about starting so early, then going straight to the parks after arrival anyways.
Friends recommended that I take the best choices at $59 each way for now and to keep monitoring so that if the price for the flight/date/time I like becomes cheaper and is available, to change my reservation.

HOW DOES ONE DO THIS ?
I saw several flights with AirTran and Jetblue with 1 stop for about $160 tax included also. If I knew this, I could have easily saved myself from the stress of checking with SWA this morning and seeing the prices going up every few minutes.
I ended up getting it for $160 roundtrip per adult with SWA.
Any other advise ???? Any suggestion, recommendations etc etc will be welcome.
THanks
