Anyone else run into this? I am trying to add the Rapid Rewards numbers for my family members on the Southwest website and I keep getting a "Oops! Cannot complete request at this time." I ytried it on 2 different days and on a completely different computer - same error.
I emailed them but haven't it a reply yet.
Now I'm worried about checking in online next month... grrr.
