SW website error?

Anyone else run into this? I am trying to add the Rapid Rewards numbers for my family members on the Southwest website and I keep getting a "Oops! Cannot complete request at this time." I ytried it on 2 different days and on a completely different computer - same error.

I emailed them but haven't it a reply yet.

Now I'm worried about checking in online next month... grrr.

How about calling SWA and have the agent add the numbers. It might be that the web site application is down.

I will call them soon - just want to give them a chance to answer via email first.

I called - it turns out of the passenger's names in their RR account did not match the travel name (middle name not spelled out). SW changed it for me. All fixed!
