SW, questions regarding prices

Can someone please help,, I have looked at SoutWest prices and noticed that the price for the seats that we allready have booked has gone down, but I alos noticed that there is no availabilty left on those flights. My question is , is there a way of getting a discount on the flight I have booked?If I had to cancel my allready scheduled flight and re book, I cant do that since there is no availabilty. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a refund on a allready scheduled flight?

NO, you can only get a credit if discouned seats are available for booking on your flight. If you're price sensitive you might look to change your flight to one in which discounts are available.

call customer service our original price for 3 on southwest was $530 w/tax and all included - the price kept going down over the 4 months till we took off I called and they credit my cc card for the difference didn't have to cancel or anythign but money would be applied till after our dates had past-within 1 wk of travel the credit was on my card no problem.
they are good about doing that you just have to ask and not change your flight time or date.
