SW October Fares

Does anyone remember if SW ran any specials in October last year from Nashville to Orlando? The cheapest flight I can get is $230-$260 RT. Looking to leave 10/10-10/16. I'm just not willing to pay that much.

Have you downloaded their Ding! program? I just recently installed it and it has great deals daily, sometimes multiple times daily. Unfortunately I have not been able to find anything going to Orlando from Raleigh/Durham yet but still hopeful.

I am not sure if I have ever seen a Ding fare for BNA-MCO. If there's been one, it has been a while and not for October. I've been watching that fare for a while....it seems high this year.

Have not seen a Ding for BNA-MCO since June and that was for august flights. I sure do hope they come down but I'm not opposed to paying $215 for a r/t with no stops.

Every fare this year I've been able to drop to no more than $59 each way so I think there is hope but it is kind of early. My september fare didn't drop until the 60 day mark so you could be looking at another month before we see a fare sale. The current sale ends August 4th I believe so maybe another sale for later dates will happen after that.

Keep watching! Last year we scored $131 r/t in november so I'm hoping to do at least that well this fall.

If I could get good times I would be willing to pay $200. But the times are really bad. I dont want to depart from Orlando at 6:30 am. We would have to leave the resort two hours early. To me that is way to early. Yes I do have ding and I watch it like a hawk. We went in May for $95 RT this year so I was wishing we would get the same price.
